Since becoming famous on the Netflix show, Antoni has been putting in a lot of effort into building his physique. Back in 2019, he mentioned to GQ that he exercises six days a week, not just for physical reasons, but also to maintain his mental health.
He shared that if he doesn’t engage in physical activity during a day, his sleep tends to suffer. Being quite energetic by nature and having ADHD, he needs to keep himself active and stimulated throughout the day.

It wasn’t until a few years post-university, and my initial romantic encounter with a male partner following relationships with females, that I found myself acutely conscious of my physical self.

During the week, this dedicated vegetarian strictly adheres to a plant-based diet, but on weekends, they indulge in occasional treats, often opting for delivery or take-out.

Over the past few months, they’ve spent multiple vacations together and have shared affectionate photos on Instagram, cuddling up closely.
