Tammy Hembrow reunited with her ex fiancé Matt Poole on Monday.
As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement when I saw the fitness icon, aged 31, flaunting her sculpted physique in athletic gear. The occasion? Picking up her little one, Posy, from Matt’s place on the sparkling Gold Coast.
Tammy stepped onto her ex’s property wearing a white T-shirt, a pair of black sports leggings, and white sneakers.
Matt appeared relaxed in denim shorts, a white t-shirt, and a blue cap while strolling their three-year-old daughter Posy towards the vehicle.
The former Ironman was seen opening the back door before helping young Posy get into her seat.
As well as Posy, Tammy shares son Wolf and daughter Saskia with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
She is currently believed to be dating AFL star Bailey Smith.
For the past two weeks, it’s been noticed that Tammy has gone out on more than one occasion with football player Bailey.
Over the past two weekends, the 24-year-old athlete, representing the Geelong Cats in Victoria, has taken frequent flights to the Gold Coast to spend quality time with Tammy.
Initially spotted exiting together, holding hands, following a dinner at the upscale Asian fusion eatery, Rick Shores in Burleigh Heads, they were later observed passionately kissing at yet another restaurant.
Lately, the couple was observed taking a loving walk towards Nobby’s Beach, with the sportsman noticeably having his arm around the waist of Tammy.
Two months back, Tammy and her spouse Matt Zukowski revealed that they were parting ways in individual posts on their respective social media platforms.
After their split, Matt has confessed that he was saddened to see his ex-partner swiftly start a new relationship with Bailey.
In a subtle suggestion, the Love Island celebrity implied that he was actually the one to initiate their separation, contrary to rumors suggesting Tammy was the one driving the decision.
A few months back, he shared that he faced one of the toughest choices in his existence, during his conversation on the Where’s Your Head At? podcast alongside Anna McEvoy.
Speaking from personal experience, I recognized that the partnership I was in wasn’t aligning with my well-being and goals. I chose to move on from it because it was becoming detrimental to my health.
Matt and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
Approximately a year after their engagement, they got married in November 2024. However, whispers about a possible separation started to spread as early as this year.
In June, just seven months after tying the knot, the pair announced their divorce.
