She clarified for the records that she’s not had any facial or bodily surgeries or enhancements, except for dental veneers on my upper teeth, which were done relatively recently.
Nelly also has not used face or lip injections or fillers.
Instead, her radiant complexion is due to a devoted, traditional skincare specialist whom I’ve been buying serums and creams from since I turned 20.
She also revealed the trick used for photo shoots and red carpet appearances.
Before photography sessions and red carpet events, I tend to increase my water intake and sleep on my back. Occasionally, my makeup artist might apply face tape during these events to provide a more elevated look for both my skin and makeup around the eyes.
Occasionally, my hairdresser employs adhesive strips for the body, adjusting various shapes, while sometimes, body paint is subtly sculpted to create desired looks. (She clarified)
She enthusiastically applauded the transformative power of makeup, expressing that well-groomed eyebrows, skilled hairdressing, and flattering undergarments all contribute significantly to enhancing one’s appearance.
She ended her statement by mentioning that she is not wearing makeup, and there have been no edits or filters applied to the images – only a traditional ‘sunless tanning.’
She mentioned, “My spider veins bring back memories of my mom and aunts, making me feel connected to them. That’s why I haven’t decided to get rid of them yet.” 💗
