Instead of living in the bustle of city life, renowned rock artist Richard Marx, aged 61, decided to relocate to a lavish villa perched on a cliffside in the area of Tamarama, Sydney.

The stunning house, valued over 11 million dollars, sits elevated over the waves with panoramic ocean vistas. It offers a luxurious swimming pool reminiscent of a resort, various living areas, and an ultra-modern kitchen designed for entertaining.

With a value surpassing $11 million, this breathtaking abode is nestled high above the ocean’s edge, providing unobstructed views of the sea. Its amenities include a resort-style pool, multiple living spaces, and a contemporary kitchen designed for entertaining guests.

‘Richard travels with his wife Daisy and his team so he needed space,’ the source explained. 

The Tamarama property is similar to a cozy hotel, offering a separate guest area, a private theater, and its own studio. It met all his requirements perfectly.

During this time, ex-Spice Girl Mel C decided to enjoy her life in one of Sydney’s high-end neighborhoods, Bondi Beach. Specifically, she resided in a luxurious penthouse at the highly desired The Pacific.

Nestled within an elegant building inspired by the Art Deco style, this luxury apartment boasts breathtaking vistas of the ocean and spacious areas designed for grand entertainment. And guess what? It costs a whopping $54,000 per month to live here, making it the perfect residence for our beloved British pop icon.

‘Bondi was a no-brainer for Mel,’ said another well-placed production insider.

She adores the beach-lifestyle, as it allows her to take quick breaks for a dip or a cup of coffee during filming. The penthouse provides her with both luxury and practicality.

The same penthouse, where Adam Lambert resided during his stay in Australia for filming the show, was once his as well.

Instead of moving to a grander place, Australian artist Kate Miller-Heidke opted to go back to her humble two-bedroom terrace in Darlinghurst, which she had lived in previously.

Tucked away on the suburban roads lined with green trees and fashionable coffee shops, the unassuming lodging embodied her straightforward personality.

‘Kate could have easily gone bigger, but that’s just not her,’ the insider added.

She enjoys roaming about the neighborhood, visiting nearby coffee shops, and maintaining a straightforward lifestyle. This setting seems to suit her best.

As well as lavish crash pads, the coaches are pocketing serious cash.

According to production whispers, Richard is pulling in close to $1 million for his debut season.

It’s reported that Mel C is presumably earning an equivalent amount, as one source allegedly stated that she wouldn’t travel halfway across the globe for less.

It’s rumored that Kate is expected to earn between half a million and six hundred thousand dollars for rejoining the panel, as her down-to-earth demeanor was highly appreciated by the production team last season.

‘These aren’t just coaching roles,’ the insider said. 

‘They’re investing in star power to keep The Voice on top – and the salaries reflect that.’
