Netflix officially announced Gaga’s season two cameo during the Tudum 2025 live event back in May.

Stepping out from a casket labeled ‘Resting Place of the Queen Mother,’ Lady Gaga embraced a haunting atmosphere, enveloped by dancers embodying characters reminiscent of the Addams Family.
She also did the popular dance from Season 1, originally executed by the series’ main character Jenna Ortega to The Cramps’ song Goo Goo Muck. This dance became widely known when it was combined with Lady Gaga’s song Bloody Mary and went viral.
And in a full-circle moment that brought the house down, Gaga welcomed Ortega herself to the stage.
Netflix posted on their X account: ‘Welcome to Nevermore, Mother Monster.’
It was announced that Lady Gaga will make a special appearance in the second part of season 2 of Wednesday, playing the role of Rosaline Rotwood – a renowned teacher from the Nevermore academy who encounters Wednesday.
