As an ardent fan, I’m excited to share that Clash of Clans is revamping its progression system with a significant update! In this upcoming release, the star upgrade levels for the Town Hall from level 12 to 15, as well as level 17, will no longer be part of the journey.

Alongside Town Hall star level changes, Spring Trap will also be reworked in Clash of Clans

Previously, our Town Halls had various star levels, requiring numerous upgrades to reach their full potential. With this update, all Town Halls will be uniformly set at one level, much like the Town Hall 16 that doesn’t require any upgrading.

With this update, players no longer need to earn extra badges for Town Halls; instead, there’s just one straightforward upgrade to focus on. This change should bring a significant sense of relief for many gamers who have been struggling with the extra upgrades before.

If you’re in the process of boosting your Town Hall levels, this update could seem like an excellent choice for conserving some Gold. Plus, it means less time and effort spent on repeated phases of the same Town Hall upgrade. Unfortunately, specifics about potential defense changes at the Town Hall are yet to be disclosed.

A significant alteration is being made to the Spring Trap. From now on, it will single out individual troops instead of multiple ones. In case a troop exceeds the trap’s capacity, it will sustain severe damage, be temporarily immobilized, and slowed down.

If a troop’s size is equal to or less than the maximum allowed for the trap, it will immediately be annihilated. Additionally, as soon as Town Hall level 11 is reached, seven additional Spring Trap stages will become accessible.
