NCSOFT has shared some exciting news – their anime-styled action RPG, previously known as “BREAKERS: Unlock the World”, is scheduled for a global release in 2026 on Android, iOS, and PC platforms. This project is a joint effort with Vic Game Studios and Kadokawa, and it’s now titled “LIMIT ZERO BREAKERS”.

LIMIT ZERO BREAKERS” is an action role-playing game (ARPG) featuring anime-inspired graphics and challenging boss battles, played out in real-time. The story unfolds within the realm of Seraphia, where you assume the role of a Breaker, cooperating with two other players to defeat gigantic foes during epic 3-player raids, while unveiling the mysteries that shroud the floating islands.

The narrative takes place in a realm sculpted by deities and governed by angels, where it’s rumored that the fabled Gods’ Archives can grant any desire. A girl from Breaker clan finds herself on the airship named Weaverwhale, and encounters a boy with no recollection of his past. You can follow their story as it unfolds through dramatic scenes and heartfelt developments.

Master precise dodges, activate Break Mode, and unleash elemental reactions

In this game, you have the opportunity to form a squad of characters, each possessing distinct combat techniques, to confront gigantic monsters within old-world dungeons in a quest for the Divine Library. Moreover, I’m excited to practice nimble evasions, timely blocks, and even initiate the Ultra Move, leading to spectacular endings.

I’m really looking forward to experimenting with unrestricted elemental reactions that can result in extraordinary outcomes. By blending conflicting or complementary elements, you can build impressive combo sequences. All in all, the game seems incredibly captivating, boasting visuals by MAPPA, dramatic storytelling, cinematic cutscenes, deep narrative, thrilling raids, and much more.
