In their lives marked by numerous unsuccessful marriages, battles with addiction, and chaotic events that frequently made tabloid news, Kerry Katona and Katie Price emerged as the quintessential troublemakers of the 2000s. Given their shared experiences, it’s not surprising that they developed a strong friendship.
Now, they share a new common ground – enjoying the transformation of their daughters growing into independent young women and making their debuts in the spotlight for the first time on their own.
This week, Katie’s daughter, known as Princess, ventured into solo reality TV for the first time with the debut of her ITV show titled The Princess Diaries. Meanwhile, Kerry’s daughters Molly, Lily-Sue, and Heidi are considering their opportunities in the fields of entertainment and social media influence.
However, there’s none of the drama that their mothers were famous for in their heyday.

Kerry’s daughter Molly is studying acting at The Lir, a well-regarded school that Paul Mescal also attended in Dublin. Not long ago, Molly expressed her aspiration to portray the main character in Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler.
Currently, the Princess is garnering praise for her maturity and genuine portrayal in her latest TV series. Interestingly, she seems to be modeling her business approach after Kylie Jenner instead of her mother, Katie. Here’s a glimpse into how these girls are carving their unique paths, as reported by the Daily Mail amidst challenging times.
Princess Andre

Princess Andre was born on June 29, 2007, to mum Katie and dad Peter Andre.
In contrast to her mother’s high-profile life under the media glare, Princess has managed to forge a life distinct from hers.
It’s reported that she currently possesses a net worth of half a million pounds, and she graced the cover of OK! Magazine on her eighteenth birthday.
Though this sum is significant, it’s merely half of the target amount that Princess aims to acquire. She has pledged to amass a million dollars before turning twenty years old.
For a single brand deal video, the blonde beauty can earn anywhere between £2,540 to £3,810.
She also landed a solo TV documentary, The Princess Diaries, by the age of 18.
Her upcoming professional decision has been unveiled after the final episode of her successful ITV2 reality series.
In an unexpected change of direction for her career, Princess is aiming to explore the music industry. She recently revealed her ambitions and five-year plan within this new field.

To The Sun, she shared her aspiration: ‘I aim to become a thriving entrepreneur, and I’m currently on that path. In about five years from now, I hope my accomplishments will reach new heights.’
‘I also want to get into music.’
In the ’90s, Peter, now 52 years old, gained widespread recognition as a popular romantic idol, and he’s best known for his 1995 chart-topping song titled “Mysterious Girl.
Exciting times lie ahead! Of course, our field can be quite volatile, but we’re all about dusting ourselves off and moving forward.
The Princess Diaries follows the journey of the daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre, as she manages life under public scrutiny while exploring her complex childhood experiences.
Additionally, it’s said that the princess is aiming to establish a cosmetics business similar to Kylie Jenner’s, potentially valuing at a billion pounds in the UK.
Through her latest TV series, she’s offering followers a fresh perspective on her aspirations for the future by chronicling her efforts to become a successful beauty empire entrepreneur.
The princess is reportedly emphasized that unlike her mother, who gained fame as a glamour model, she does not plan on pursuing a similar career path.
An insider told The Sun: ‘Princess has got ambitions of being the next Kylie Jenner.
It’s been widely discussed that she’s making significant strides, as evidenced by her own television program launching soon and a line of cosmetics hitting the market. Additionally, there are numerous other business deals on the horizon for her to explore.
‘When Katie says that Princess is “following in her footsteps”, she isn’t.’
Heidi Elizabeth Croft

Heidi Elizabeth Croft was born on February 20, 2007, to mum Kerry Katona and dad Mark Croft.
Over the course of her extensive professional journey, Kerry has faced challenges such as bankruptcies, harmful personal relationships, and struggles with substance abuse.
However, Heidi, who turned 18 this year, has kick-started a life far different from her mother’s.
According to her mother Kerry, the social media personality with 18,000 Instagram followers is said to have completed her initial solo photoshoot about a month ago.
Heidi, at present, serves as a representative for In Print We Trust, and she provides her followers with special discounts by using a unique code, demonstrating her growing influence in the industry.
As a devoted admirer, I can confidently say that her influence on Instagram is substantial, with approximately 18,000 followers. This fanbase potentially generates earnings for her ranging from £160 to £245 per sponsored video featuring a brand, based on industry estimations.
For several years, Heidi has been pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. In fact, she made an appearance on ‘The Voice Kids’ back in 2020.
Previously admitting her belief about becoming famous in the future, this stunning brunette hinted she might participate in Love Island once she reaches the appropriate age.
Additionally, it was reported by a source to The Sun last year that further opportunities lie ahead for her, such as an audition for the lead role in a feature film adaptation of Pinocchio.
It seems that Heidi is drawing inspiration from her close family friend, Princess, as both families have grown closer and spent more time together in recent years.
Molly Marie McFadden

From the heart of a die-hard admirer, it’s quite evident that for Molly McFadden, the natural trajectory might have been basking in the limelight after her parents’ ‘noughties pop stardom, diving into reality TV, launching a fashion line with Boohoo, and cashing in on sponsored Instagram posts. But oh, how I wish she could forge her own unique path!
Born into the limelight as the daughter of Westlife’s Brian McFadden and Kerry Katona, she has chosen to lead a comparatively ordinary life away from the public eye.
A 23-year-old resides in Dublin and attends acting school at the esteemed Lir Academy situated within Trinity College Dublin, which is also where the acclaimed actors Paul Mescal and Éanna Hardwicke once studied.
Lately, she received a nomination for the Spotlight Prize, which honors rising actors from the UK and Ireland. She’s shown interest in portraying Hedda Gabler in Henrik Ibsen’s eponymous play.
In 2022, she earned her Foundation Diploma in Acting and Theatre Studies. It is thought that she has since advanced to a three-year, full-time, rigorous bachelor’s program, with completion expected in 2025.
At the Lir Academy, the degree program stands out as uniquely distinct compared to other drama schools, offering a weekly schedule that differs significantly, with students possibly attending class for just 14 hours per week.

At Lir Academy, students spend no less than 35 hours weekly in classes, workshops, and rehearsals, and this can extend further during productions. The setting is intentionally structured to mirror a real-life professional theater environment.
Before relocating, Molly resided in Cheshire alongside her mom Kerry, younger sibling Lilly Sue (age 21), and Kerry’s children from her previous marriage to Mark Croft: Heidi (age 17) and Max (age 16).
Instead of stating it directly, you could say: Dylan-Jorge, their youngest daughter at the age of 11, was shared by her mother with the late George Kay, who tragically passed away due to an overdose at the age of 39 in 2019, when he was still her ex-husband.
For a significant portion of Molly’s early life, Brian resided in Australia during his romantic involvement with the singer, Delta Goodrem.
In 2013, I found myself longing for the familiar sights and sounds of home, so my then-wife Vogue Williams and I made a move back to the UK. I confess, it was a yearning for the everyday growth and development of our daughters that had me pining for the land of my roots.
Molly leads a typical student lifestyle in Dublin, as evidenced by her social media posts that depict her having fun during evenings out and excursions across Europe with companions.
In October, Kerry journeyed to Dublin to witness Molly’s performance in a play at the Lir Academy, and expressed immense pride towards her.
Contrary to the assumption that she might be a product of nepotism, Molly’s entry into showbusiness wasn’t facilitated by her connections; instead, all students must audition for a spot on the rigorous intensive course which is known to be more demanding than most other drama schools.
In an appearance on Loose Women alongside Kerry in 2020, the young woman clarified her commitment to her career by dismissing rumors of her participation in Love Island. She emphasized that she prefers to let her mother pursue reality TV shows, stating: “I’ll stick with my professional path while my mom enjoys the reality TV scene.
Instead of focusing on contemporary roles, this emerging actress has explored the world of Shakespearean drama, featuring in student performances like “Much Ado About Nothing.” In these productions, she portrayed Leonora, a character loosely based on Leonato but with a feminine twist.
I, Molly, have resided in my father’s homeland, Ireland, for a considerable period since I relocated at the age of 15 to stay with my grandparents in Artane, located in northern Dublin. My focus has been on pursuing my education diligently.
In the same interview with 2FM, Kerry reminisced that her niece took her General Certificate of Secondary Education exams here in England. Unfortunately, she didn’t achieve the desired results. Since Brian resides overseas in Ireland, we sought advice from her grandmother instead.
It’s generally believed that Molly resides with Brian. In fact, she lives with her beloved nan and grandad, who dote on her deeply and have made a significant positive impact in her life.
She relocated to that spot, spent three years pursuing her education, and subsequently disliked moving to London immensely after that.
Afterward, she returned to live with her family, and I suggested, “Perhaps it would be better for you to relocate back to Ireland. You seemed to thrive there before.
‘She was desperate to get into the Lir and she finally got in the Lir.’
Lilly-Sue McFadden

Lilly-Sue McFadden was born when Kerry and Brian were at the height of their pop fame.
Lilly, unlike many children of well-known figures, has never been inclined to bask in the reflection of her parents’ fame. Instead, she forges her own path.
She has worked for quite some time as a caregiver in a facility for developmentally challenged young adults, a salesperson at SpecSavers retail store, and a coffee maker at a café.
In 2023, Lilly shared with the Daily Mail: “There’s a stigma attached to ‘nepotism babies.’ While it’s accurate that I am indeed one because of my well-off and famous parents who have opened doors for me, there’s nothing inherently wrong with this.
I am fundamentally distinct from my parents, and this assertion holds true. Over the years, I’ve toiled away at various jobs where my earnings were minimal, putting in countless hours.
I’ve managed to establish a reputation in my chosen career paths, yet I find myself in situations others may not encounter… Awareness of one’s own abilities is crucial. Life isn’t always fair, and it certainly isn’t here.
Lilly made television appearances alongside her mother, most notably on “Celebrity Ghost Trip” in the year 2021, and she’s also acted in pantomimes.
It is being speculated that due to her attractive appearance, family connections, and current singleness, Lily might join Love Island. However, Lily clarified that the ITV2 program may not be a suitable match for her.

She shared that she prefers beer over wine, often enjoying it at the local pub while watching football games. Her mother frequently describes her as quite masculine in her preferences.
As a die-hard fan, I must admit that while I haven’t ruled out the possibility entirely, it’s safe to say that the idea doesn’t quite resonate with my preferences just yet. However, if they were to make a swap from the glass of Prosecco to a cold pint of San Miguel, well, then we might be talking about something I’d seriously consider!
Perhaps within a couple of years, I could find myself in that position. At present, however, I’m still evolving and growing, so I’m not quite there yet.
And in May 2024, Lilly decided to move to Ireland, as she confessed she is ready to ‘quit the UK’.
At that point in time, Kerry shared in her OK! article that while she was emotionally touched by only one child being left in school, she felt ‘proud’ of Lily as she had been admitted to a drama school.
In OK! Magazine, it was stated that Lilly is seeking a new beginning and has chosen to relocate to Ireland, where she will reside with her paternal grandparents.
As a lifestyle expert, I believe it’s beneficial to encourage independence in young adults, such as herself who is only 21. It will be rewarding to watch her navigate life with confidence and self-reliance, having learned from us but now ready to spread her wings and truly rule her own roost.
