Silent Hill f story trailer confirms english voice cast and villain

“Just die.”

At the Gamescom ONL event, Konami unveiled a chilling new story trailer for Silent Hill, lasting three minutes. This trailer sets up the plot, introduces fresh characters, showcases non-soulslike fight sequences, and presents the English voice actors featured in the game.

As Suzie Yeung, I step into the chilling world of Silent Hill, taking on the role of Hinako. If you’re a fan, you might remember my voice from the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy as Yuffie or Marvel Rivals as Invisible Woman. Details about the rest of the cast are yet to be revealed, but the trailer introduces some fresh faces – one being a masked man who’s shrouded in mystery.

Silent Hill f’s protagonist sets on a killing spree in new trailer

Without a doubt, the most intriguing moment in this trailer appears to be when the enigmatic character with silver hair and a fox mask leads Hinako into another world. This character asserts that Hinako rescued him from death and took his soul, promising to repay her kindness by rescuing her own soul by taking the life of her former self. Certainly not unsettling, is it?

The remainder of the trailer showcases Hinaki venturing through different eerie settings and battling strange adversaries such as a puppet-like creature and a screaming doll adorned with numerous limbs. Additionally, we catch a peek at Hinaki’s home, which, predictably, has transformed into a frightening ordeal. Furthermore, an unidentified female character instructs Hinako to eliminate “them [who are they?] using your own hands.

In simpler terms, the woman may be hinting that Hinako’s friends might have hurt or mistreated her previously. The upcoming game, Silent Hill f, delves into topics like gender bias and child abuse. It’s possible that these themes could tie back to Hinako’s past experiences with her friends.

Intriguingly, it’s when the exhausted Hinako meets her counterpart in the rundown home that the plot really takes off. This double asks Hinako to simply end her life, hinting at a narrative where supernatural entities are guiding Hinako towards killing her friends and eliminating her past self as part of the process.

In the writing of the game “Silent Hill f,” renowned horror author Ryukishi07 takes the reins. Fans who have delved into his previous works, notably “Higurashi When They Cry,” may discover a sense of familiarity as both creations appear to delve into similar subjects like deceit and violence.
