In a blend of gaming and streetwear fashion, Japanese brand BEAMS has collaborated with PlayStation once more to launch a fresh apparel collection. This partnership marks three decades of the renowned console, offering a collection of hoodies and crewneck sweaters that seamlessly merge a minimalist style with a retro-inspired look.

The assortment encompasses black and grey hoodies as well as crewneck sweaters. The distinctive controller shapes-triangle, circle, X, square, and PlayStation logo-are prominently displayed on the crewnecks with the logo on the back, whereas another crewneck simply showcases the PlayStation branding on its front.

Instead of the hoodie, however, sports a retro, vibrant PlayStation insignia. This emblem, unveiled in 1994 at the launch of the original PlayStation console, showcases the “P” in red with a tri-color combo of yellow, green, and blue beside it. The iconic design by Manabu Sakamota significantly contributed to the gaming console’s brand identity over time.

The hoodie also offers a nostalgic touch with its back design, featuring a diagram of the PlayStation 1 console, each part clearly labeled. The hoodie is available in both black and grey colors.
