2025’s Strictly Come Dancing crew made their initial appearance since the complete roster was disclosed, as they ventured towards rehearsals on a Friday.
Under the guidance of Dani Dyer and Ellie Goldstein, the team arrived at a studio with high energy and enthusiasm, marking the beginning of their comprehensive training day.
Among the celebrities preparing for practice, you’d find Thomas Skinner, a previous contestant on The Apprentice. Earlier in the day, he responded to critics who voiced concerns about his participation in the show, often labeled as ‘woke’.
Some individuals called for the BBC to rescind their invitation to a participant in Strictly Come Dancing 2025, as he had interacted with JD Vance. Many enthusiasts of the show flooded the BBC with criticisms, threatening to withdraw their support from the program.
On Friday, Thomas (aged 34) responded to the criticism, writing: “Some label me as ‘controversial’, but in truth, I believe it’s simply a jab at ordinary, diligent individuals. Nonetheless, we persist. We support each other and channel this into our progress.
As I embark on my first filming experience with Strictly, I couldn’t help but express my immense pride. I’m so grateful for your unwavering support that has gotten me this far, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge it.
Thomas mentioned that he needs to continue working, as he is responsible for supporting his family, which includes three children and his spouse. With a friendly tone, he then extended an invitation to those nearby to join him for a drink later.
As the businessman exited his vehicle, he beamed a brilliant smile upon the woman stepping out. She then merged with her fellow celebrities, marking the commencement of their Strictly dance adventure together.
As Dani from Love Island shyly smiled and Ellie, the influencer, aimed to make an entrance, Vicky Pattison was spotted pulling her luggage behind her as she walked inside.
The lively Geordie Shore cast member appeared eager to dive into dancing, and so did Ross King, whose face simply wouldn’t stop smiling.
Additionally, the remaining members of the group appeared to be in high spirits as well. Notable arrivals included Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, Balvinder Sopal, George Clark, Chris Robshaw, and Kristian Nairn, each sporting a smile upon their arrival.
