A Place In The Sun’s Amanda Lamb, 53, shows off her figure in a bikini as she goes makeup free during sun soaked holiday

A Place In The Sun’s Amanda Lamb showed off her figure during her sun soaked holiday on Thursday.

The 53-year-old television host sported an astonishing look while lounging by the pool in a brown swimsuit, opting to go without makeup on that particular day.

She recently posted on Instagram, offering a peek into the initial three days of her journey and disclosed that she bravely embarked on this trip accompanied by her four kids.

Amanda is accompanied by her husband Sean McGuinness and their two daughters, Willow (age 16) and Lottie (age 12), with each girl inviting a friend to join them on the excursion.

She titled her post as follows: “Vacationing alone with the kids – my four offspring (two biological, two adopted). So, who among you takes holidays alone with their children? What’s your experience been like?

In my initial attempt, I must admit, fear gripped me tightly. I worried about being judged, feared I wouldn’t live up to expectations, and had concerns that I might spoil their ideal vision of a dream vacation for a family.

Amanda went on to explain, “This is already my fourth visit, and I’m now confidently asserting that I’ve got the hang of it…I no longer strive for a flawless getaway akin to the Boden catalog; instead, I let things unfold naturally.

This year, I’ve depleted my finances and allowed both to invite an additional companion… quite a turn of events… We’re currently on day three, having navigated through the initial confusion of the first day, we’ve all settled into a comfortable groove now.

Enjoying an energetic workout, a feast at the restaurant, water exercises, and stargazing on the sandy beach. The children are contented, which makes me equally joyful as well.

For new solo parents about to set off on an adventure: Trust in the process. It may feel strange and not entirely smooth, but striving for perfection can be monotonous. Take a deep breath, embrace the imperfections, and let yourselves and those you care about enjoy the moment without pressure.

Amanda started modeling in the ’90s, however, her career took a significant turn when she became the main host of A Place In The Sun in 2001.

The presenter left the show in 2009 around the time she was pregnant with her daughter Willow Rose.

In a chat with the Daily Express, I shared my thoughts: “The development felt quite natural since I was expecting our daughter Willow during that time. Unfortunately, A Place in the Sun wasn’t renewed, so I had to put the project on hold for a few years.

By then, Willow had reached three-and-a-half years old and was attending nursery. At that point, I also had numerous responsibilities piled up.

She mentioned, “In my mind, I won’t withdraw her from daycare, won’t remove her from school, and can’t leave her unattended for extended periods of three weeks or more. Consequently, the choice essentially became clear to me.

After Amanda shared that she imposes a 10 PM tech-bedtime rule on her household, requiring all family members to surrender their cell phones to her room till morning, the photos were taken.

Instead of implementing the discipline, she openly admitted that she took steps to limit their screen time for her husband Sean, as well as their children Willow and Lottie, to prevent them from becoming overly engrossed in it.

In an interview with Closer magazine, the Hampshire-based star disclosed information about her stringent routine that she adheres to for five days each week, specifically from Sunday to Thursday.

She mentioned that she is very particular about avoiding screens at night. In her household, everyone must bring their devices to her room by 10 pm, and they are only permitted to use them again the next day.

As a committed supporter, I mentioned that it’s an ongoing struggle, yet the curfew serves its purpose by ensuring they aren’t burning the midnight oil and limiting their exposure to excessive blue light.
