Tearful Kim Kardashian pleads with Kanye West: ‘your personality was not like this a few years ago!’ as he admits he’d rather ‘be dead than be on medication’ amid bipolar diagnosis in explosive documentary trailer

In a powerful documentary preview focusing on the contentious rap artist, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian was seen weeping and appealing to him, saying, “Your character wasn’t like this a few years back!

In an upcoming documentary titled “In Whose Name?”, a recording captures a 44-year-old businesswoman becoming visibly emotional during a passionate disagreement with Kanye West.

In the YouTube-released trailer that debuted on Wednesday, we catch a glimpse of a high-tension encounter between Kardashian and Ye (formerly known as West), during their marriage days.

Kim, with a trembling voice that suggested tears, told him, “You weren’t like this with your personality a few years back!

The rapper confessed that he hasn’t been taking his medication for bipolar disorder for the past five months, which can be rephrased as: ‘For the last five months, I’ve chosen not to take my medication for bipolar disorder.’

In a subsequent statement, he expressed his feelings as follows: ‘I prefer being dead over taking medication. It either eliminates me or I eradicate it myself.’

In the past, this couple was married from 2014 until 2022, and they have four children together – North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Over the years, I’ve closely followed the high-profile ups and downs of their relationship – from the rumblings of its impending collapse during their married days to the tumultuous co-parenting drama that ensued post-divorce. And let me tell you, it seems like their social media exchanges, particularly those years after their separation, weren’t always the most tactful or respectful.

Back in 2016, he had been admitted to the hospital due to a psychiatric crisis. Later on, it was revealed that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder at that time.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that West had initially been incorrectly diagnosed but later found out he is autistic. Autism isn’t considered a mental illness.

The audio segments were seamlessly joined, featuring West speaking forcefully at times, exclaiming, “This is a cosmic call. No one can ever convince me that I will awaken someday without anything.

Then, the then-couple could be seen sitting on a couch together, facing each other.

Following another seemingly tense discussion, she cooly remarked to him, “Perhaps we can discuss that at a later time, however…” before he cuts in, saying, “‘There’s no ‘but'” instead.

He shared that when he visited the hospital, there was a suggestion to hold a service in a church-like setting. This was accompanied by footage of his Easter Sunday Service at the 2019 Coachella Music Festival on Easter Sunday. During this performance, it seemed as though he was crying while Chance the Rapper provided comfort.

He explained that he had been trying to hide his emotions by not crying, despite the emotional moments in his life, as he shared additional footage of his past activities. These activities included creating music, filming artistic videos, spending quality time with his kids, and working on fashion designs.

In the hallowed walls of these prisons, I passionately share the message that Jesus holds the power to liberate, and I wholeheartedly believe it to be true, as the moving sermon echoes among us inmates during our spiritual gatherings.

The rapper expressed gratitude to Jesus and announced his decision to start running. As a snapshot of West with a sign reading ‘YE4PRESIDENT’ appeared, he added that phrase to his statement.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but reminisce about the magical moments captured in the trailer! I remember vividly seeing my idol, West, embarking on adventures with their beloved family, particularly their precious eldest daughter, North West, who was just a toddler at the time. It was such a heartwarming sight!

At one point in the explosive trailer, he was heard yelling: ‘I almost killed my daughter.’

Regarding his decision to stop using his medication, he was also overheard stating: “Rather than living with medication, I prefer to be without life. The drugs either annihilate me, or I annihilate the drugs myself.

‘It’s a sad dream,’ Kardashian’s voice made one final appearance as West continued to vent.

1. He stated, “They are limiting our capacity to think creatively. In a strange way, I feel like a person who enjoys pain.”

2. He expressed, “They are stifling our out-of-the-box thinking. There’s something oddly appealing about it for me.”

3. In his words, “They’re constraining our innovative thought processes. It’s almost like I find pleasure in suffering.”

4. He said, “Their actions are narrowing down our creative thinking. Strangely enough, I feel drawn to it.”

5. He stated, “Our capacity for out-of-the-box thinking is being restricted by them. There’s a bizarre attraction in that for me.”

6. In simpler terms, he mentioned, “Their actions are making it hard for us to think beyond the usual ways. And it’s strange, but I almost enjoy the challenge.”

‘I like whatever I want, when I want. It’s worse.’

In the final moments, he declared: “You understand, being both an artist and bipolar means everything you do and express becomes a work of art.

The trailer hinted at scenes depicting Kanye West’s marriage to Bianca Censori, leaving it uncertain whether the documentary will include the 30-year-old architect-turned-model who is associated with Yeezy.

The forthcoming documentary is the work of Nico Ballesteros, a filmmaker who began his career as an intern for West at 18 and spent six years capturing him on camera.

‘Over a span of six years, 18-year-old Nico Ballesteros documented an honest depiction of Ye (formerly Kanye West), providing unique insights into both the private and public life of this highly debated cultural icon.’

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement about this film! It delves deep into the incredible journey of Ye, who ascended to the title of the wealthiest Black man in American history. However, it doesn’t just stop there. The narrative also uncovers the pivotal decisions, intriguing contradictions, and dramatic turns that have significantly shaped his legacy beyond recognition.

As a die-hard fan, I can hardly contain my excitement about this documentary! It’s got Kim Kardashian and other powerhouses from Ye’s inner circle, painting an intimate portrait of his life. This film delves deep into the thin line between creative genius and self-destruction, pulling back the curtain on the price tag of freedom in our fame-driven world. I can hardly wait to see it!

On September 19, I’m thrilled to share that the documentary I’ve been following will make its grand debut in a multitude of AMC Theaters, as indicated by Ballesteros.
