Influencer Abbie Chatfield has spoken out forcefully against the proposed ‘Australia First’ national protest scheduled for August 31, using her prominence to voice her opinions.

On August 31st, a nationwide protest is scheduled, inviting all Australians who are racist or xenophobic to gather and march in support of Australia.
As a passionate devotee, I’m consistently hearing whispers about the motives behind these actions. They assert it’s all about improving the cost of living, but there’s an underlying sentiment that goes beyond that. It seems to be about reclaiming, restoring, or taking back Australia – yet, the mystery remains: To whom does this ‘Australia’ belong if not its people?
Abbie also said that any immigrants who followed her ‘were f***ing welcome’.
‘These protests should be condemned by every f***ing Australian,’ she added.
She briefly paused, attempting to clarify that it was incorrect for protesters to accuse immigrants of causing the high expense of living.
Instead, Abbie said people should consider ‘complex’ economic and political ‘strategies’.
She remarked that it’s often simpler to point fingers at those perceived as beneath you, rather than engaging in an upward battle, correct?
‘Some individuals say, “I have problems in my life, the cost of living is exorbitant, it must be due to immigrants. I feel superior because I am aware of my privileges.”‘
She went on to say: ‘If I attend this rally, I recognize my privileged position. I understand that law enforcement won’t target me – I’m a white individual. I acknowledge that I can exploit immigrants, as I perceive them as less powerful than myself due to the advantage I hold in this nation built on land unjustly taken.’
The podcaster informed her audience that it wasn’t appropriate for her to greet others as she isn’t Indigenous herself.
Abbie stated, “As I mentioned earlier, it’s simpler to criticize those lower in the social hierarchy instead of acknowledging that our current system may be flawed or recognizing that our society has significant issues, particularly during this stage of capitalism.
‘Those who hold power, whom you may have admired throughout your life, might not necessarily be in a position to assist you. Please remember that the struggles you face are not primarily due to immigrants.’
She also appeared to throw out a warning to anyone planning to go.
As a committed advocate, I’d like to share a thought: If you come across someone attending or promoting this event, they might be unaware of its true nature, as it seems to align with neo-Nazi ideologies. Please help enlighten them about the real context, as I find the prospect of such protests quite unsettling.
She commented, “It seems likely that if you’re attending this event, it’s related to personal decisions since it would be quite unfortunate for someone as independent as you to take part in something like this.
I absolutely detest this situation, and I believe we ought to strongly denounce it. To put it simply, these individuals appear to be quite extreme in their views… It’s puzzling to me why you’re protesting. Your objectives seem to be the termination of mass immigration. I find myself wondering, what are you actually advocating for?
It seemed that Abbie’s plea to criticize the protest was disregarded by her followers, as numerous comments were made expressing backing for the planned large-scale demonstration.
One user stated, “I have indigenous heritage and I will be participating,” while another expressed, “Why can’t we stand up for Abby? It seems like we fight for everyone else’s causes but our own. We are tired of it.

The announcement was made by a collective known as March for Australia, stating they would be coordinating protests set for August 31.

The image accompanying the post hinted at a demonstration scheduled for August 31 at noon in various locations, with the caption: “Now is the moment to reclaim our nation.
Underneath the poster, Sewell penned down: ‘The Winter National Summit was successfully concluded by White Australia and the NSN pioneers.’
Upon returning home following today’s summit, I received news that there are attempts by foreign elements to disrupt our public rally scheduled for August 31st in Australia.
Australians should reject any attempts at influence by Israelis, Palestinians, Chinese, or Indians that aim to manipulate our shared national pride and common sense.
However, they ensured that their identity remained concealed, yet they explicitly stated that they were not affiliated with any other organization and acted independently.
They informed Daily Mail that the views expressed by Thomas Sewell, specifically his statements about White Australia, do not represent the beliefs or political stance of the organizers for the March For Australia.
