Shaughna Phillips, who is pregnant, announced that she’s entered the third trimester. Before welcoming another family member, she’s taking one last vacation with her daughter Lucia as a duo.
31-year-old Love Island celebrity announces the upcoming birth of a daughter with incarcerated partner Billy Webb, who already has a 2-year-old child named Lucia.
On Wednesday, Shaughna posted several photos on Instagram showing her and Lucia, with Shaughna’s expanding baby bump clearly visible in the pictures.
Shaughna glowed beautifully in a form-fitting yellow maxi gown while taking pictures alongside Lucia at an undisclosed destination during their vacation.
In another part of the post, Shaughna posted an old photo from the same location, dating back two years, where she is seen holding Lucia as an infant.
She titled the photos: “Entering the third and final trimester today, last day of our last vacation for just the two of us… do you notice I’m experiencing all my emotions? ☀️

Stand still and observe the transformation over two years – witnessing a child’s growth is like watching time speed up. Each passing moment feels like a cherished dream.
Last month, Shaughna shared that she intends to undergo a Caesarean section due to the distressing childbirth experience she had with her daughter Lucia.
In April 2023, following the birth of Lucia, Billy, age 29, received a sentence of nine years in prison. This was after he admitted guilt for his involvement in a plot to distribute approximately 4.5kg of cocaine, with an estimated street value of £360,000 or more.
Billy is currently serving his time in a Category D prison, but he’s permitted to have home visits once every month for several days at a time.
However, on Wednesday, Shaughna shared that she’s opting for a scheduled cesarean section for the arrival of her second child.
She mentioned that she had a difficult delivery with Lucia, as she was ten days past her due date. This led to an induction, followed by an emergency C-section. After the birth, she experienced a postpartum hemorrhage.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I recently hopped onto my Instagram Story for a lively Q&A session with my followers. During the chat, I shared that I am indeed looking forward to a scheduled C-section delivery. With all the love in the world, I can’t help but express my hope that my little girl understands the importance of staying cozy and secure within until she receives her official eviction notice – aka the perfect delivery date!
My delivery experience with Lucia was quite distressing, and things became quite intense near the end. To avoid such an ordeal repeating itself, I prefer not to take unnecessary risks during future deliveries.

In her subsequent slide, she elaborated on her birth by stating that she was a full 10 days past her due date. When it came time for induction, she chose a non-hormonal approach, specifically using rods as the method.
The implantation is designed to be inserted within you, where it grows and stimulates labor contractions, similar to the experience of water breaking.
It seems they should have been removed after 12 hours, but due to a lack of availability, mine stayed in for an additional 6 hours, resulting in a painful and bloody extraction without any pain relief, all happening on the ward.
After that, I continued with my regular work, received an epidural which was wonderful, and began pushing approximately 10 hours later. However, each time I paused pushing, the baby would descend and then move back up.
Afterward, I went on with my usual activities, had a fantastic epidural, and started pushing about 10 hours later. Unfortunately, every time I stopped pushing, the baby would move down and then back up again.
Shaughna went on to say, “After approximately an hour of intense pushing, she became visibly distressed, leading to an emergency C-section.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share my account of the events. Initially, they attempted to use forceps, placing them on her head. However, she exhibited such remarkable strength that she immediately twisted, causing them to halt the attempt. Consequently, they resorted to a cesarean section, which was successfully carried out.

‘I then had a post-birth haemorrhage which was the cherry on top of a 48hr ordeal lol.’
Previously, Shaughna disclosed that she was having a hard time choosing names for her upcoming second child, a daughter.
‘FOLKS, I’m in a pickle over the name choice. We’ve got two options left, one conventional and the other quite unusual and creatively fabricated… I’m not sure if I have the courage to go with the unconventional one,’ she expressed.
‘Two names we loved but have taken out of the running are Misse and Miley, still love them though.’
