As a loyal devotee, I’m compelled to share a personal update – my beloved mother has passed away. Her unwavering courage and distinctive character have always been a source of inspiration for me. In honor of her life, I’ve taken to Instagram to express my heartfelt tribute.

Writing a collection of pictures spanning many years, he expressed: ‘It’s said that true manhood comes with losing one’s mother. I wish to revert back to childhood.’

I want to express my deep gratitude for all that you’ve done for me. Your kindness, compassion, and encouragement have been incredibly valuable, as has the strength of character you’ve helped us develop. Thank you.

Over the past few years, you’ve faced some tough times…yet, you’ve shown remarkable courage and persistence in not giving up. I deeply aspire to make you feel proud of me and strive to embody even half of the strength and character that you possess.

More recently, the actor and his wife Katy shared that they finally accomplished a lifelong aspiration by purchasing a second home in Sicily, which they affectionately refer to as their “home away from home.

In the charming town of Knutsford where they reside with their pair of beloved dogs, the couple operate and own a unique establishment named Dexter and Jones, which specializes in craft beer and artisan gin.

However, it has been disclosed that the couple, who often vacation in Sicily, are aiming to incorporate more of this Mediterranean isle into their lifestyle and suggested a potential chance to expand their business there.

In June, they finally turned their dream into a reality when they publicly declared that they had purchased a vacation property there.

Previously known for his roles in Coronation Street and Good Morning Britain, the actor and host were beaming ear-to-ear, basking in the sun and having a great time socializing on the island, following the completion of the legalities to acquire the property.

Sharing the big news, Katy – who married Adam in 2014 – posted: “Oh my goodness! I can hardly believe it. We’re overjoyed beyond words!

Following a ceremony reminiscent of signing a marriage license, we have become delighted proprietors of a minuscule piece of paradise on the island affectionately known as the Happy Place: Ortigia!

He mentioned: “Following years of compulsively marathon-watching @aplaceinthesunofficial, I never imagined I would have the chance to participate in this, and it’s possible that we are just as unconventional since we’ve re-mortgaged our home to make it happen!

As a dedicated follower, I found myself contemplating that life’s fleeting nature compels me to cherish every moment. The idea of setting aside special dates and retreating here when life demands a respite, instead of constantly scheduling ahead, seems like an ideal escape-a dream worth embracing. And so, I am willing to let the bulldogs claim our home’s sole sofa, knowing it’s a small price to pay for such precious moments of relaxation and connection.

‘We’ll be providing a thorough tour of everything soon, but for the moment we’re dashing off to buy paint and vacuum cleaners in the sun! Can you believe it? And guess what – we’ve just become part-owners! I might just explode with excitement!’

Adam was clearly in high spirits, having finished off a bottle of champagne, prior to beginning work on his house the next day.
