She was hard at work promoting her new movie Freakier Friday in Australia last week.
But Lindsay Lohan also managed to squeeze in some family time.
Last Wednesday, the well-known actress was seen visiting Taronga Zoo accompanied by her seldom-spotted husband, Bader Shammas, and their two-year-old child named Luai.
Lindsay sported a relaxed appearance in a set of blue denim pants, complementing them with a long-sleeved black t-shirt and a coat, providing protection against the chilly Australian winter.
The actress known for The Parent Trap wore her long hair in a casual low ponytail with a scrunchie, and she went for a fresh, dewy makeup look that showed off her smooth complexion.
The individual, who was 39 years old, paired their attire with a set of black athletic shoes, an elegant pearl phone accessory, and a luxurious brown Hermès handbag valued at around $4,160.

In simpler terms, Lindsay’s husband – who is a financier and investor based in Dubai, and they got married in 2022 – chose to dress casually for the occasion, wearing a white T-shirt and a bomber jacket.
A family of three was accompanied by a nanny, visibly guiding Luai in his stroller as they explored the zoo together.
Always caring like a loving mother, Lindsay was spotted with a baby bottle, accompanying her children while exploring the wildlife of our local area.
Yesterday, following their appearance at the Australian premiere of Freaky Friday at Westfield Bondi Junction, Lindsay and her fellow actor Jamie Lee Curtis had an outing the next day.
Disney’s revamped version of “Freaky Friday” has made a significant achievement at the box office, recovering its production costs within merely three days of release, even though it debuted as the second highest-grossing film in the U.S.
In a delightful turn of events, the long-awaited sequel brought Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan back together, nearly two decades since their first collaboration in Freaky Friday (2003). This highly anticipated film generated an estimated $45 million in the US during its debut weekend on August 8.
In a close contest, Zach Cregger’s horror thriller “Weapons” managed to claim the number one spot at the box office in North America, with earnings of approximately $64 million. The film just barely outperformed our initial choice.
A significant number of viewers from around the world contributed to Freaky Friday’s global earnings reaching $69 million, with $24 million coming specifically from foreign markets, as reported by Deadline.

The film’s global release aligns with its reported $69 million production budget, making it one of the 41 movies in 2025 to surpass that figure in production costs.
As an overjoyed fan, I can’t help but marvel at the swift return on investment this movie sequel is seeing. However, it’s crucial to remember that for films to truly be profitable, they usually need to earn about 2.5 times their production costs. This means the break-even point for this sequel is approximately $161 million.
Initially, the original Freaky Friday movie earned approximately $34 million within the U.S., eventually grossing a total of around $246.5 million worldwide.
If the upcoming release maintains a comparable trend, it might earn over $306.55 million globally during its cinema stay, thereby boosting the chances for another sequel.
Back in 2003, Jamie Lee and Lohan appeared together in the hugely successful comedy film titled “Freaky Friday.” The plot revolves around their characters exchanging bodies.
For many years, fans eagerly anticipated a follow-up to the legendary comedy, yet they had to endure a twenty-year gap before it made its cinema debut following the initial release.
Recently, Jamie Lee disclosed the reason for the prolonged interval between the two film releases, admitting that she’s been keenly planning a sequel movie for some time.
She revealed on The One Show that due to her having a fifteen-year-old daughter, it was inevitable for people to inquire repeatedly about the film, and this was indeed the case.

Lastly, someone in Australia remarked, “Well, she is,” which left me puzzled since I knew her as a young woman, so I wasn’t sure about her age.
‘So someone told me and I was, like ”Oh! well maybe we can make the movie. Let’s go!”’
At the age of 15, Lindsay made her debut as Anna Coleman, opposite Jamie Lee Curtis, who portrayed her character’s on-screen mother, Tess Coleman, in the movie Freaky Friday.
After a misunderstanding with a Chinese restaurant fortune cookie that switches their bodies, a mother and her daughter find themselves living each other’s lives, creating chaos and confusion in the process.
Even though they had struggled to agree on many things, eventually the magical change enabled them to understand each other’s perspectives better.
In the subsequent installment, the renowned duo swaps roles once more, and this time around, they find themselves embroiled in four times the usual mayhem.
Anna (Lindsay) is getting ready to marry Eric Davies (Manny Jacinto), but there’s a challenge: her daughter Harper (Julia Butters) dislikes Eric’s daughter, Lily (Sophia Hammons).
Harper expresses her distaste upon hearing a rehearsal of supposed wedding vows where she refers to her future step-sister as a ‘mischievous imp with an annoying accent.’
In a brief premonition of Anna’s bachelorette celebration, she finds herself seated alongside her mother, Tess Coleman, and a psychic (played by Vanessa Bayer). The psychic foretells that they might gain new insights by experiencing life from each other’s perspectives.
Anna and Tess unwittingly become entangled once more in a bizarre case of multiple body swaps – an occurrence that now involves more people than just themselves.
The following morning, it turns out that Anna has exchanged bodies with her daughter Harper, and Lily, who is often called Grandma, finds herself inhabiting Anna’s step-daughter’s body instead.
A significant amount of confusion unfolds among the four, as they struggle to adjust to their respective positions, with only a few days left before the wedding.
