As your trusted lifestyle advisor, allow me to share an inspiring sight I encountered yesterday – my own toned abs gleaming in a vibrant yellow swimsuit, captured in some invigorating Instagram moments from the breathtaking beauty of the Maldives.
In a breathtakingly beautiful bikini from Capala Honey (worth £92), the ex-singer of The Saturdays, aged 36, appeared as if she had stepped off another planet.
She confidently showcased her toned figure as she posed against the picturesque backdrop.
Frankie added a fish-shaped necklace from Orelia and large aviator sunglasses to complete her beach outfit.
She captioned her gorgeous post: ‘Chasing the sun’
Currently, Frankie is taking a break with her family, including her husband Wayne, on a vacation. They have two sons together – Parker, who is 11 years old, and Carter, who is 9.

Wayne also has son Jayden, 18, with his ex Vanessa Perroncel.
This year, it was disclosed that Frankie has expressed her preference for Wayne not to undergo a vasectomy at any point.
She expressed her preference for the 45-year-old ex-footballer not to undergo the procedure, as she doesn’t want him to do so if they don’t end up as a couple and he chooses to have children with someone else in the future.
Frankie shared with The Sun his candid opinion: “I prefer not for him to have one. Unpredictability is always a factor.
Having a vasectomy means I’ve closed that chapter for myself, but it applies to him as well. If things don’t work out between us or if he desires more children in the future, this procedure will prevent that possibility.
‘Perhaps an event may occur affecting me, but it’s possible that he could desire another child even if something happens to me, since men are capable of fathering children over an extended period.’
Frankie mentioned that she made the decision some time back not to have another child, due to experiencing severe illness during pregnancy (Hyperemesis gravidarum).
She shared that, following having two children, she was prepared to reclaim both her life and her physical self. Whenever the topic of another child arose, the age difference between her youngest and a potential newborn would be too considerable.

Frankie and Wayne wed in 2014 at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire surrounded by their celebrity pals.
In another setting, Frankie has lately shared some of her most significant remorseful moments that occurred when she was at the pinnacle of her career with The Saturdays girl group.
She rose to fame alongside Rochelle Humes, Una Healy, Mollie King and Vanessa White in 2007.
The band came together following their selection from thousands of contestants on the TV show S Club Search, which led them to open for the popular pop band.
She expressed on The Savoy Originals podcast that she wasn’t fond of all the hits they released during their peak popularity.
She mentioned: ‘Regardless of your preference, that particular song was going to be released – whether you enjoyed it or not.’
As a lifestyle advisor, I must confess that certain tracks don’t resonate with my personal taste. However, professional obligations may require me to endorse them, expressing enthusiasm for their greatness on air, and even performing them – all while maintaining an authentic connection to the music.
‘And that’s fine because some of them you like and some of them you don’t.’

The former pop star, who now shines on television, admitted that despite their band’s tremendous achievements, she didn’t amass enough wealth to retire.
Originally, the mother of two stated that she felt as if she was transforming into two distinct individuals during her involvement with the group. In social situations with the band, she would need to put on a different, more public version of herself.
Discussing on the “So Wrong, It’s Right” podcast featuring Olivia Attwood, Frankie opened up about battling anxiety ever since she became famous at a young age as part of the S Club Juniors group.
Frankie mentioned: “I didn’t attend a traditional school. Instead, we were home-schooled while traveling. It often gets confusing for me regarding time, I believe I was around 15 years old when S Club Juniors disbanded and the Saturdays formed, with me joining at about 17.
‘So, it was a little gap and I had a couple of like normal jobs in between.’
She expressed the thought that once an individual stops creating popular music or appearing on television, there’s a general perception among people that they have failed, regardless of their previous success.
‘I always had stomach aches. Can you remember Pepto Bismol, the medicine, the pink horrible stuff?
‘That would be in my bag every day because I always had a funny tummy, like nervous stomach.
At night, I found it difficult to breathe comfortably, and I experienced similar issues. Reflecting on this now, I believe my anxiety may have been present, although I wasn’t aware of it at the time.
