In early 2020, Ozzy Osbourne announced his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, and he passed away several weeks later, following a farewell concert in Birmingham, England – the hometown of Black Sabbath, his longtime band. This concert marked the end of both Black Sabbath and Osbourne’s solo career. For this final performance, Ozzy was joined by original Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. The one-day event also showcased performances from Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Alice in Chains, and more acts.
