During their luxurious vacation at the Lime Wood Hotel, the 44-year-old celebrity playfully interacted with Rami’s seven-year-old son, Tristan, in a spacious hot tub.
The family spent some quality time at the luxury countryside hotel during the summer holidays.
Gemma previously spoke of the bond she shares with Rami’s son in an interview with the Daily Mail.
She said: ‘Do you know what? I’ve got the greatest gift of all my partner gave me.
I’m fortunate to have a charming three-year-old stepson, and I enjoy a great bond with his mother. It’s wonderful that they’ve welcomed me into their family circle.
Tristan, he’s really handsome. I adore him deeply. He means the world to me. Our family can’t get enough of Tristan.”

She expressed that the experience was terrifying, admitted she regretted her action, shared that she felt as though she was near death, and mentioned that she found it difficult to leave her bed due to the intense discomfort in her abdomen, which felt unfamiliar, like a foreign object within.
Gemma stated that consuming water post-surgery caused her to feel extremely nauseous, and therefore, she contacted the hospital asking them to remove the balloon.
Additionally, she mentioned that many well-known figures make comments about losing weight, yet the majority prefer to keep such matters private.
The celebrity maintains that she’s unconcerned about slimming down and admitted that at her maximum weight, she was unable to wear a lingerie meant for seductiveness and faced difficulties even turning over in her sleep.
She shared: ‘This experience has been transformative for me. I aspire to resemble a Victoria’s Secret model, but it’s not just about appearance. I feel healthier and happier too. I’m excited about this upcoming year, as I might be able to wear a bikini confidently again.’
