A treatment aimed at removing a facial pest from Brandi Glanville, a previous cast member on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, unfortunately resulted in chemical burns for her.
On Sunday, a brief video shared on TikTok by Glanville, aged 52, showed an unexpected and slightly uncomfortable process. In the video, she admitted attempting to use Nair, a widely recognized hair removal product, to eliminate a parasite. Unfortunately, this action caused irritation to her skin, resulting in what appeared to be chemical burns.
She playfully commented on her attractiveness, saying, ‘I know I seem quite appealing.’ But here’s the bonus – you won’t need to splurge on expensive peels or laser treatments any longer.
In the video, she called the parasite by the name “Caroline,” a potential nod to her “Real Housewives” nemesis Caroline Manzo. Back in January 2023, Manzo leveled sexual assault allegations against Glanville during filming. This incident resulted in both of them leaving the Moroccan set for “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” a location where Glanville had previously suggested she may have picked up the parasite.
Glanville has denied all claims Manzo has made against her, calling them absurd, Page Six reports.
In a recent TikTok post, Glanville asserts that using Nair on her face caused the parasite (named Caroline) to relocate to another area.
She stated, “Nair is like the elixir of eternal youth, I’ve discovered.” However, I went a bit too far… for about seven minutes, avoid doing it.
The very first time I learned about this intriguing parasite, I admittedly sought advice from every single medical professional I could find, yet my efforts bore no fruit. This enigmatic ailment had been causing me persistent facial bloating and tooth loss, which left me feeling utterly baffled.

Brandi Glanville has splurged on treatments for what her doctors believe could be a recently discovered skin anomaly, possibly due to a new parasite.
In an interview with ET in December 2024, she admitted she’d harbored suspicions that a parasite might have invaded her body following the shooting in Morocco.
She mentioned that we left food out for extended periods, including some meat, and six months afterward, she experienced health issues starting.
Glanville asserted that after spending over $70,000, she underwent non-surgical treatments to identify the underlying issue. It’s worth mentioning that she was receiving intravenous antibiotics, which reduced inflammation but turned out to be quite costly.
“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize. I don’t go out,” she said at the time.
