The television host, aged 63, has openly discussed her struggles with weight in the past yet has consistently strived to keep a fit physique.
Leaving her TV show in London, she wore a summery midi dress with a tired skirt and ruffles.
Vanessa finished off her ensemble by donning vibrant pink sandals and throwing on a creamy textured blazer as an added touch.
She walked with a lively step, holding the dress she wore at last week’s National Reality TV Awards, casually draped over her arm.
The TV chat-show presenter disclosed the method she used for losing weight, having confessed that she’s struggled with self-perception concerning her physical appearance for many years.

Vanessa finds the struggle of dieting disheartening, as her weight fluctuates over an 18-month cycle while alternating between different meal plans.
But in recent times, Vanessa has managed to sustain a slim figure.
In the National Reality TV Awards ceremony on Wednesday, the presenter proudly showcased her striking figure while receiving the highly respected Talk Show trophy.
I made my grand entrance at the event, set against the iconic backdrop of London’s Porchester Hall, donning a breathtakingly beautiful pastel pink dress adorned with shimmering silver beads.
At the arrival for the event, the presenter confidently struck a pose for photos, then went backstage to display her accolade.
In an interview with OK! magazine last April, Vanessa shared the mystery behind her long-lasting youthful charm.
Upon receiving a compliment about her physique, she responded with gratitude: “That’s really kind of you to mention, thank you.
She mentioned: “I can’t seem to figure out what I’ve been up to. The truth is, I’ve been putting in a lot of hours at work.
I work all seven days of the week. Every day, you can catch the new Vanessa show on Channel 5 at 12:30 PM. Additionally, I host the LBC program on Saturdays and Sundays.

A few years back, following their split, Ben Ofoedu, Vanessa’s former boyfriend, disparagingly referred to her as a “fuller-figured blonde” in a petty remark.

After the breakup, triggered by reports that Ben had been unfaithful being made public, Vanessa shared that she hadn’t consumed food for quite some time.
