On Monday, Vogue Williams flaunted her well-sculpted physique while affectionately embracing her spouse, Spencer Matthews, in Spain.
During their family beach vacation, the couple playfully swam in the ocean together.
Vogue, aged 39, was stunningly beautiful in a black bikini featuring cut-outs and adorned with golden metal links at the base.
In the meantime, Spencer, aged 36, decided to go without a shirt, wearing vibrant swim trunks instead. He proudly displayed his sun-kissed skin.
They felt lively and joyful while they refreshed themselves in the water, with Spencer picking up his wife when the waves approached.
As a devoted admirer, I proudly proclaim that this dynamic duo is blessed with not one, not two, but three little treasures! My heart swells as I think of Theodore, aged six, Gigi, four years young, and Otto, the energetic bundle of joy who’s only three. Accompanying them on their journey was an absolute privilege.

After Vogue admitted in May that she frequently experiences “mother guilt” when she’s separated from her kids while working, the vacation follows.
On The Life of Bryony podcast, she shared that much like numerous mothers, she’s placed self-imposed expectations upon herself to excel in all aspects and roles.
‘I suffer from mum guilt all the time’, Vogue admitted.
In both my work and personal life, I find myself wrestling with feelings of guilt. When I’m focused on my job, I can’t help but feel a pang of guilt. Similarly, when I’m spending time with my children, I worry that I might be neglecting the others. This constant struggle to balance my responsibilities leaves me feeling torn between two important aspects of my life.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself frequently accompanying Theodore and Gigi on outings due to my commitment to taking them out. Consequently, it’s essential for me to carve out dedicated moments to spend one-on-one with Otto, ensuring he receives the attention he deserves as well.
As a dedicated woman, I often find myself shoulder-burdened with expectations, striving to excel in all aspects of life. Yet, it’s essential to remember that stepping into the world of work is not only about personal growth but also an inspiring lesson for my children to witness resilience and determination.
Regardless if you work outside the home or stay at home, I believe there will always be some measure of guilt that you experience. The truth is, no one can manage everything perfectly.”
In this paraphrase, I aimed to maintain the original message while making the language more natural and easier to read for a general audience.
In her candid admission, Bryony Gordon, aged 45, suggested that her intense pressure as a parent could be a reflection of the mindset shared by her generation.

She said: ‘Women of our generation were brought up with that notion – that you can have it all.
It’s interesting to note that these prominent women are consistently posed a particular question, whereas men aren’t being asked this same question.
‘I don’t want to have it all – I don’t need to be everything to everyone.’
It’s only natural for everyone to acknowledge that laundry can occasionally become a real hassle, leading us to overlook responding to an email or even multiple ones.
Vogue jokingly responded: ‘I have 364 unread WhatsApps – It’s terrible!’
Both Vogue and Spencer have a reputation for their commitment to wellness and physical fitness, though Spencer is particularly renowned in this area due to his personal journey from overcoming past struggles with alcohol addiction while he was featured on Made in Chelsea.
This celebrity struggled with a dependence on steroids as well, leading to his dismissal from the ITV program “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” back in 2015.
Currently, Spencer serves as both the founder and the Chief Business Officer for CleanCo Non-alcoholic Spirits, an enterprise he launched shortly following his oldest son Theo’s birth.
In my own words, I hail from an esteemed family with deep roots in the Scottish Highlands. My eldest brother is joyously married to Pippa Middleton, a connection that adds a touch of royal elegance to our lineage. To top it all off, our family holds the title of Laird and Lady over Glen Affric, a magnificent 10,000-acre estate nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of this historic region.
In a captivating episode of “The Life of Bryony” podcast by The Mail, I found myself utterly enthralled when Bryony openly confessed that she believed her world had come crashing down following her divorce from the charismatic Brian McFadden, a Westlife sensation.
As I prepare to step into my fourth decade, I sat down for an openhearted chat with Bryony Gordon from the Mail, reflecting on my romantic journey as someone deeply invested in relationships. (Vogue, speaking about herself)

2017 found her recalling a sense of despair, believing she had significantly altered the course of her life following her divorce at the age of 31 with Brian McFadden, a member of the band Westlife.
According to Vogue, she’s thrilled about reaching forty. When she was 19 or 20, she thought forty-year-olds were already quite aged and worn out. But when she got here, she found it to be a genuinely pleasant milestone.
In your mid-thirties, you might find yourself grappling with life’s complexities. At age 31, I went through a divorce and felt as if I had destroyed my life. I believed I would never have children or achieve the dreams I held dear.
As you progress, you’ll notice the unraveling of your life – that’s what makes entering your forties feel thrilling.
