In a moving tribute, Aree, the granddaughter-in-law, lauded her affectionate grandfather by saying, ‘Instead of the world getting a rock star, we were blessed with a man who adores ice lollies, has a goofy side, and has a heart as vast as the ocean. On Sunday, Aree, who wed Jack (Ozzy Osbourne’s son) in 2023, posted a series of charming family photos on Instagram. These images depicted Ozzy spending precious moments with his grandkids, enjoying some quality family time together.
Last month, at the age of 76, Ozzy was spotted enjoying time with Jack’s kids and flashing a wide grin, indicating happiness in the company of his family.
In a single charming photograph, he was spotted with his wife Sharon, aged 72, whom he promised to care for during her time of mourning, having lost her spouse.
It seems quite certain to me that I’ve got the most awesome father-in-law and the finest dad for my children.

Ozzy was at heart a family man, with six children and 10 grandchildren.Ā Ā
He has children named Jessica and Louis with his former wife, Thelma Riley, who he was married to between 1971 and 1982. Additionally, he adopted her son, Elliot.
Later on, Ozzy gained the role of grandfather to Jessica’s offspring, which included Isabelle, Kitty, Harry, and Louis’ children, Elijah and Maia.
He married Sharon in 1982 and the went on to have three childrenĀ together: Aimee , Kelly and Jack.Ā
Jack has three kids, Pearl, Andy, and Minnie, from his first marriage to Lisa Stelly. In 2022, he became a father to a new daughter named Maple with Aree.

In MTV’s show “The Osbournes,” the public got a close look at the everyday life of Ozzy Osbourne, along with his wife Sharon, and their two adult children, Jack (aged 39) and Kelly (aged 40).
Instead of participating in the reality show, Aimee, who is 41 years old and their oldest child, decided to focus on creating a career in the music industry instead.
In more recent times, she’s managed to stay away from the limelight. Interestingly, it was earlier disclosed by Jack and Kelly that there were no clandestine meetings between them.
In a pre-reunion podcast conversation weeks prior to our father Ozzy’s funeral, I confessed that my relationship with Aimee was far from intimate.
In a conversation on the Disrespectfully podcast, Jack shared that at one point, she harbored a strong desire to become a musician. The specific type of artist she aspired to be was akin to Fiona Apple or Mazzy Star ā an enigmatic, atmospheric, and somewhat melancholic performer.
She considered appearing on MTV an easy opportunity. Essentially, she thought, “I don’t want to seem like I’m just capitalizing on someone else’s success.” That was her perspective on it.
As a lifestyle expert, I might rephrase it as follows: ‘After my show became a massive hit, I found myself pondering, “Should I continue to join this growing phenomenon, or risk being perceived as simply hopping on the bandwagon?” In the end, I chose to maintain my privacy and avoid the limelight.’
Though my beloved Aimee might not be as prominent in the public eye as her fellow siblings, I fondly recall the days when she graced us with her music under the moniker ARO, a fitting tribute to her initials.
On the podcast, it came out that Jack admitted they hadn’t been particularly close when asked if Aimee felt remorse about not participating in the family’s reality show.
He openly acknowledged that he’s never discussed anything with her, and their connection is minimal at best. To put it plainly, they don’t share a strong bond, and if anyone were to express this, it would certainly be her. So, it’s not something hidden or mysterious.
In other words, I haven’t explicitly asked her if she regrets it, but I sense a hint of, “If things had turned out differently for us, my life might be different,” so I can’t help but wonder if I would regret not making a move.
At her father’s funeral a month ago, Aimee bravely took center stage.
As the rock legend from Black Sabbath was laid to rest, his funeral procession wound its way through his birthplace, Birmingham, where countless fans had gathered along the streets in a heartfelt tribute.
By choosing to courageously honor her respects in public, she was compelled to momentarily set aside her disagreements with her long-absent sister, Kelly.
For many years, Kelly and Aimee’s relationship has been strained, yet they were photographed together with their heartbroken mother and sibling at the farewell event for the iconic musician.
Over the past few years, these contrasting siblings have confessed that they haven’t been communicating. During an interview, Kelly expressed that they simply couldn’t comprehend one another.
In 2021, Kelly made an appearance on the Dax Shepard podcast, Armchair Expert. During this conversation, she shared that she and her elder sibling had been distant from each other for quite some time.
Kelly mentioned, “We don’t communicate. We have fundamentally distinct perspectives, making it difficult for her to comprehend my thoughts, and vice versa.
In the year 2015, Aimee revealed to The Independent that she and Kelly were not particularly close.
She mentioned that while things might not be effortlessly smooth between us, there’s a certain level of understanding and tolerance present. As for spending time together, that’s not something we typically do.
Despite their disagreements, the siblings came together to stand by Ozzy during his last moments.
In a deeply saddening announcement, it was shared that our cherished Ozzy Osbourne had tragically passed away this morning, an occurrence that surpasses the capacity of words to fully express our sorrow.
