As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’m thrilled to share that Brian Dowling, a familiar face from Big Brother, has once again exchanged heartfelt vows with his cherished partner, Arthur Gourounlian. This beautiful moment occurred barely over a year since they expanded their family by welcoming a new addition.
The Irish television personality, aged 47, recently remarried his partner, a significant event that took place in the presence of their two daughters, Blake (age 2) and Blu (age 14 months). This joyous occasion marks ten years since their initial wedding vows were exchanged.
Instead of keeping it a secret, the joyful pair decided to share an album filled with photos from their memorable occasion with their Instagram community.
The couple donned outfits reminiscent of those worn at their initial wedding, matching attire, while their daughters chose identical ivory gowns for the occasion.
Brian told fans: “You know what, it’s a GORGEOUS DAY for a wedding… wanna do it again TODAY.”
The host of The Six O’Clock Show and his husband, who is also a judge on Dancing With The Stars, exchanged vows for the first time at the Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, located within County Wicklow, Ireland.
The first well-known gay pair got married in Ireland since the law allowed same-sex unions.
In September 2022, a new member joined the family: their firstborn, Blake. Brian’s sister Aoife played the role of surrogate during the birth. Their second child, Blue, made an appearance in June 2024.
Later on, Brian announced the joyous news through Instagram posts, displaying pictures from the occasion when the couple first met their newborn and disclosed that his remarkable sister Aoife had served as their surrogate for the second time.

Originally, it was revealed in March that Brian, known from Big Brother, was expecting his second child.
In a recent Instagram post, the individual who became well-known after appearing on a reality TV series back in 2001 shared some joyful news about their current life.
Posting a heartwarming picture of Blake donning a “Welcoming a Big Sister” jumper, he penned: “Our loved ones will soon be increasing.
‘We are so excited about the arrival of Baby Dowling Gourounlian Number 2 this Summer.’
Brian went on saying, “Already feeling incredibly fortunate, it’s hard to express just how grateful we are as parents for having Blake. Now, we’re elated to expand our family further by welcoming another child.
‘Blake is going to be the BEST BIG SISTER EVER.’
As they prepared for the arrival of their first child in 2022, Brian disclosed that his sister had consented to serve as their surrogate.
On the Made by Mammas podcast, the celebrity shared that he’s long harbored the desire to become a father. Remarkably, his generous sister agreed to help realize this dream by using a donated egg.
The television host disclosed that their path to becoming fathers was challenging, as they encountered situations en route that permitted only one of them to biologically father the child.
The pair have also been targeted with homophobic abuse after starting their journey to parenthood.
In regards to their upcoming child, Brian shared with host Zoe Hardman that for him and Arthur, the identity of the biological father is inconsequential.
In 2015, the star, who has a sibling expecting a baby this year, tied the knot with professional dancer Arthur. They both hail from big families and have shared a desire to have kids since then.
Ever since I can recall, my dream has been to become a parent. When I was working for Ryanair at about 20-21 years old, I took my younger sisters to Paris and Disney. At the time, they were quite young. On one occasion, I even pretended to be their parent to get us on a ride.
