In early 2024, actors from a daytime TV series airing on Channel Seven, who portray married characters, were rumored to be dating after being spotted sharing a kiss on Anzac Day. Later, one of them, Ada, acknowledged their relationship in an interview.
Last July, Ada finally broke her silence on her romance with James after months of speculation.
In an interview with a magazine, she affirmed that she had been romantically involved with her long-term colleague James. She referred to their relationship as ‘surprising’.
She shared with Stellar Magazine that Jimmy and I have started a relationship. It’s still early, quite fresh, and more than I expected. Needless to say, I’m overjoyed and it feels wonderful.
She made it clear that the on-screen marriage of her Home And Away characters, Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan, did not foreshadow a real-life romantic relationship between them.
After splitting with her former partner, Adam Rigby around Christmas in 2023, and James completing his divorce with Sarah Roberts in March 2024, the couple started dating.
