Married At First Sight’s ‘hottest bride ever’ doesn’t look like this anymore! Evelyn Ellis dazzles with glam new look for the 2025 Logie Awards

Originally known for being dubbed “the hottest bride” on Married At First Sight, Evelyn Ellis presented a drastically different appearance when showcasing her stunning transformation before the 2025 Logie Awards.

In a stunning photo shoot, the 29-year-old stunner left fans spellbound, sharing the spotlight with MAFS co-star Duncan James. The duo were preparing for their upcoming red carpet hosting roles, partnering with 9Honey.

Evelyn poured her enviable figure into a glittering gold Ryan Patros gown that hugged every curve.

The standout performance showcased a bold, see-through ruching design, an alluring, hanging collar, and a well-defined torso piece that accentuated her fit figure.

She showcased her fashionable brunette bob with sleek, wave-like ends that accentuated her face, and her makeup had a classic Hollywood glamour aesthetic.

Next to her, with an air of elegance, stood Duncan, aged 39, resplendent in a Hugo Boss tuxedo, complete with a neatly pressed white shirt and a timeless bow tie.

The connection between the two was palpable, evident as they stood side by side, with Evelyn gently placing her hand on Duncan’s cheek in a sweet photograph that radiated affection.

Social media users swiftly commended Evelyn’s change, expressing that she appeared ‘completely perfect’ and ‘even more radiant than during her time on MAFS.’

Once again this year, similar to previous times, several cast members from Married at First Sight haven’t made it onto the official guest list for The Logie Awards. According to John Aiken, this situation appears to be beyond anyone’s control.

In conversation with Daily Mail Australia, John expressed, “Being invited is an honor, but ultimately, it’s beyond our reach and the talent pool. Each year, some will be left out, and regrettably, we have no say in that.

If the show had won a Logie, Aiken playfully suggested that it would be daring to allow any of the brides or grooms to accept the award.

‘You’d have no idea what they’re going to say,’ he said with a laugh.

These individuals are incredibly courageous for stepping into the spotlight, and I appreciate their effort in putting on the show. However, it’s hard to predict their actions once production ends.

Aiken says that while the Logies may elude them, the show’s reach is undeniable.

John mentioned that this show is currently in its 13th season and continues to expand. It’s distributed worldwide, reaching more than 120 countries, and it consistently ranks well in ratings here. We’re dedicated to producing a top-notch product that resonates with our audience,” (paraphrased statement)

Despite consistently leading in viewership annually, the reality show hasn’t received an award during Australian television’s biggest night of recognition.

‘We have never won anything at the Logies,’ Aiken admitted.

We’re quite content with the scores we’ve received. In the end, it’s about who decides to cast their vote.

The winning shows typically garner votes from those who participate online. However, with Married at First Sight (MAFS), although we have many dedicated viewers, they don’t appear to be casting their votes.

Aiken said the team does not measure success by trophies.

I don’t participate for the sake of winning a Logie; rather, it’s the joy, the thrill, and the massive viewership that make it all worthwhile. The true reward lies in the annual surge of audience participation we experience.
