Fleur East admits she walks around her house NAKED as she reveals she has ‘never’ had body confidence issues

Fluer East openly discusses her high level of body confidence, sharing that she frequently moves about her home without clothing.

Thirty-seven-year-old Sax singer openly shared her habit of strolling barefoot at home, a practice she inherited from her mom, who also used to walk around without clothes on.

Flour shared that she’s never struggled with self-confidence concerning her physical appearance and aspires to instill the same sense of self-assurance in her newly-arrived daughter, Nova, whom she welcomed just a few months ago.

She told The Mirror: ‘As it’s been really hot recently, I’ve been walking around the house naked.

‘Mum was very confident, just walked around naked and it was never spoken about.

It was common to observe my mom’s abdomen with stretch marks, as she was never self-conscious about her body or embarrassed by them, having given birth to both me and my sister.

Currently, I have stretch marks. I’m thankful for these to my mom, as they spared me from struggling with self-confidence about my body during my growing years, and I hope to pass on a similar experience of body positivity to my own child.

Last year in March, Fleur and her spouse Marcel Badiane-Robin joyously welcomed their baby girl Nova into their family. In a unique turn of events, the television host delivered the child safely at their own residence.

Talking about her challenging childbirth experience, Fleur commended Marcel for his exceptional support and expressed that she might have rolled around on the floor bare if it could alleviate some of the discomfort.

In September, Fleur opened up about her dramatic birth story on Hits Radio.

In my personal experience, I found myself experiencing contractions while soaking in the comfort of a warm bubble bath. I was simply taking deep breaths, savoring the moment, and enjoying the little things in life, all the while mindfully tracking the frequency of those contractions.

To prepare for what seemed imminent, I decided to transition from the bathtub to a birthing pool located in our living room downstairs. My partner, Marcel, was busy filling it up using various saucepans, heating water on the stove and carrying them over – we opted for a traditional approach!

As I eagerly awaited the arrival of my little one, I found myself on the edge of my seat, practically vibrating with excitement. “Any minute now, baby!” I exclaimed to myself, repeatedly glancing at the clock. After five hours of waiting, my midwife performed an examination and, to my dismay, discovered that I was only 2cm dilated – not even halfway there! Oh, the anticipation!

During the presentation, it was disclosed that events began to escalate when Marcel and Aunt Tina, who was a fellow midwife, found themselves enjoying some timeless films like Sister Act together.

In that moment, I found myself sprawled out naked on the floor, and I was experiencing intense pain. Suddenly, the midwife returned, and I let out a series of loud screams and curses – something entirely uncharacteristic of me.

Fleur explained that she was playfully messing with Auntie Tina’s face on the floor, and ended up using four nitrous oxide canisters before being told it was time to deliver a baby,”
