Emma Watson, who appears to have traded acting for studying at Oxford University, seems to possess a luxurious dwelling that shouts “Hollywood star” rather than the stereotypical “grungy student.

It’s said that Emma, known for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies, recently purchased an expensive property worth millions in the upscale Jericho neighborhood of Oxford.

She received a fine of £650, which was lowered due to her admission of guilt, and she was also ordered to cover the court fees totaling £120 and a £264 surcharge.

While she may not be able to get behind the wheel, Emma is partial to rowing down the Isis.

Back in June, it was unveiled that Emma had been the coxswain for a New College rowing team during Oxford’s Summer Eights regatta. Unfortunately, Emma and her crew ended up placing last.
