Bikini-clad Vogue Williams and shirtless husband Spencer Matthews put on a loved-up display as they enjoy a family beach day in Spain

On a sunny Friday in Spain, Vogue Williams and her spouse Spencer Matthews radiated joy while spending a fun-filled family day at the beach.

The Irish broadcaster, aged 39, along with his ex-star husband from Made in Chelsea, aged 36, were beaming with joy while relaxing together beneath a sunshade.

Vogue looked incredible in a tiny black two-piece that showed off her toned figure.

She added accessories to her beach outfit, maintaining a subdued appearance with a pair of black Fendi sunglasses and a black hat.

Simultaneously, Spencer flaunted his well-defined stomach muscles in a pair of white shorts adorned with lion motifs.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but gush over the radiant bliss exuding from the former Made in Chelsea star and his stunning presenter wife. Basking in the warm embrace of the sun during their vacation, they seem to be living their best lives!

At some point, Vogue was spotted casually picking up their smallest son Otto with her legs, enjoying a heartwarming instance prior to taking a revitalizing swim in the sea.

After Vogue admitted in May that she frequently experiences “mother guilt” when she’s busy with work while away from her kids, the break arrives for her.

The Irish star shares her children, Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, three with Spencer.

On The Life of Bryony podcast, she mentioned that much like numerous other mothers, she often feels the need to strive for perfection in both her actions and identity.

‘I suffer from mum guilt all the time’, Vogue admitted.

In both my work and personal life, I find myself grappling with feelings of guilt. When I’m engaged in my job, I can’t help but feel guilty. Similarly, when I’m spending time with my children, a sense of guilt arises. The worry that creeps in is when I invest more time with one child compared to the others.

To ensure quality time with Otto, I need to set aside specific moments as I often accompany Theodore and Gigi out and about.

It seems that many women feel compelled to excel in all areas of life. Working outside the home can serve as an inspiring example for kids.

Regardless if you’re a working mom or a stay-at-home mom, it seems that most of you will experience some degree of guilt.

‘When realistically, you can’t do it all.’

Pondering the reason behind Vogue’s self-imposed pressure as a parent, host Bryony Gordon, aged 45, suggested that her perspective might embody the mindset of her generation.

She said: ‘Women of our generation were brought up with that notion – that you can have it all.

It’s interesting to note, such a question is frequently posed towards prominent women, yet rarely do men encounter this query.

‘I don’t want to have it all – I don’t need to be everything to everyone.’

It’s inevitable that occasionally, dealing with laundry can feel like a dreadful task, leading us to unintentionally overlook responding to emails now and then.

Vogue jokingly responded: ‘I have 364 unread WhatsApps – It’s terrible!’

Both Vogue and Spencer share a commitment to wellness and physical fitness, with Spencer, in particular, demonstrating a remarkable transformation following his battle with alcohol addiction while appearing on Made in Chelsea.

The celebrity was struggling with a dependence on steroids as well, which led to his dismissal from the ITV program “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” back in 2015.

Currently, Spencer serves as both the founder and the Chief Business Officer at CleanCo Non-alcoholic Spirits, a company he established shortly after his oldest son Theo was born.

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that my oldest sibling is wed to none other than the fabulous Pippa Middleton! To top it off, our folks hold the esteemed titles of Laird and Lady over Glen Affric, a breathtaking 10,000-acre expanse nestled in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

In a segment of the Mail’s ‘The Life of Bryony’ podcast, Bryony confessed that she believed her life had reached an end following her divorce from Westlife singer Brian McFadden, as reported by Vogue.

In an open chat with Mail columnist Bryony Gordon, the ‘love life’ of Vogue was discussed prior to her fortieth birthday.

In 2017, I found myself wrestling with the profound sense that I had irrevocably shattered my life following my divorce at age 31 from Brian McFadden, a member of the band Westlife.

According to Vogue, she expressed her enthusiasm about reaching forty, stating, “I used to believe that people in their forties looked worn out at my age. Now that I’m here, I find it quite a special milestone.

At the age of thirty, one is often still navigating life’s complexities. Reflecting on my own experiences, I was divorced at 31 and felt as if I had irrevocably messed up my life. I thought that having children or pursuing my dreams would never be possible for me.

After that, you begin to witness the true unraveling of your life – which is what makes entering your forties feel so thrilling.
