After CBS stunned viewers by canceling Blue Bloods, the long-running drama where Tom Selleck played Police Commissioner Frank Reagan since 2010, the 80-year-old actor has generally stayed out of the spotlight at his $12 million avocado farm in Thousand Oaks, California.

In a relaxed fashion, he seemed to personify the tranquil retirement life, having departed from his expansive 63-acre property in Thousand Oaks, nestled on the western border of Los Angeles County. He was seen driving away in a white Ram 1500 pickup truck.

Currently, Selleck is living on his ranch located near the western boundary of Westlake Village and Los Angeles County. He shared that he loves to ride his ATV around the estate checking on its most recent blooms.
‘In the coldest periods, one of them blossoms while another appears, he mentioned. ‘It might seem strange, but I simply enjoy observing their growth.’
The actor previously revealed he handles much of the upkeep on the property himself.
‘My relationships and my ranch keep me sane,’ he told People in 2020.
