Rochelle Humes looked radiant as she shared a series of sweet family snaps on Instagram on Tuesday.

Previously a member of the band The Saturdays, now 36 years old, has three children – Alaia Mai, Valentina, and Blake – with Marvin Humes, who is 40 and was part of the boy band JLS.

To illustrate her role as a devoted family member, Rochelle shared a peek at her summer spent with her charming loved ones.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I’d put it this way: At the lively KissStory festival, I found myself capturing an unforgettable moment with the singer and Marvin. Their joy was palpable as they posed for a heartwarming photo that truly embodied their blissful union.

Rochelle looked fashionable in a short, navy-blue Miu Miu jacket and denim shorts (jorts), whereas Marvin dressed in a full black outfit.

Another image displayed the charm of a photo booth, filled with her kids, striking playful poses amidst their joyful photoshoot on a fun-filled day trip to a Jellycat pop-up venue in London.

Afterward, there was a heartwarming picture posted of her daughter and Marvin at a diner table, with her capturing a genuine moment on camera.

Rochelle also included snaps of her sister Sophie along with some head turning fashion snaps.  

Alongside the photo dump, the star penned: ‘Some summer stuff that’s made me a happy girl.’

After Rochelle confessed that she feels ‘lost’ without assistance at home, it’s important to note that this is the case even though she had a negative past encounter with a childminder.

In an Instagram Q&A session held in April, the celebrity was queried whether she receives assistance at home to manage her and Marvin’s workload during busy periods.

Rochelle shared that she has two valuable individuals assisting her with her children and household duties – her mother Roz Wiseman and a woman named Dita, whom she considers as extended family.

She admitted that she has assistance, and in all fairness, she wouldn’t manage to juggle as many tasks without it.

It’s clear that the kids attend school five days a week, with Blake going to preschool. Marvin’s radio show runs from 11 am to 1 pm, making it conveniently timed for the school drop-off. We are fortunate to have Dita, a wonderful woman, assisting us with household chores.

She serves as a cherished member of our family, having been with us for numerous years. My mother provides us with invaluable assistance, making it difficult to imagine how we’d manage without her. It’s incredibly fortunate for us that our nanny happens to be their grandmother in reality.

To ensure that someone is always available, we arrange our work schedules to be on different shifts most of the time. However, during our TV show recording for The Hit List, the kids stay with my mom instead.

‘I squeeze as much into school hours as humanly possible and take it week by week.’

Previously, Rochelle had mentioned that due to some trust concerns she faced earlier, she has decided not to employ a nanny again in the future.

The TV host shared that she leans on her mother Roz for assistance in family matters, following a challenging incident involving a babysitter.

She shared with Zoe Hardman and Georgia Dayman on Made By Mammals: The Podcast that it felt quite uncomfortable for her to be away from work since the nanny would still be present in their home.

She mentioned: ‘I encountered some difficulties related to trust and similar matters during my prior position as a nanny. Consequently, our arrangement wasn’t successful for me.’

Previously, the presenter mentioned that preparing in advance and setting aside moments for personal wellness have significantly improved her abilities as a parent.

She advised Mother and Baby, “When situations become too much, it’s essential to make some time for self-care amidst everything.

‘I do as much as I can the night before.

‘That’s just little things just to make me feel like I’m halfway there.

For example, I might arrange the children’s uniforms and fill up their water bottles – tasks that help simplify our mornings. Similarly, I may also lay out my own clothes.
