Wayne Carey has fled the country after his alleged ‘toilet tryst’ dominated headlines.
Previously acclaimed AFL player, known colloquially as ‘Toilet Duck’ due to a popular viral video, disclosed on Sam Newman’s podcast ‘You Cannot Be Serious’, that he was at the moment spending quality time with his loved ones on a family holiday in Asia.
‘Couldn’t be better where I am,’ 54-year-old Wayne said on Wednesday.
‘No one knows where you are, and where I am, who I am. Just a beautiful part of the world this is.’
It seems as though he subtly suggested that the issues he faced at home were still present, despite him leaving the country.

At present, I am not the most sought-after individual in Australia. If someone wishes to flee from the realities of life, they might consider taking four children on a flight. However, if they believe that leaving reality behind in this way is possible, they are merely fooling themselves.
In the podcast, it emerged that Wayne was lounging by the pool with his companion, Jessica Paulke.
Host Sam, assuming that Wayne had traveled to Malaysia, proceeded to share the explanation for his unexpected journey.
‘Just withdrawn from the public arena for the time being, just to gather yourself,’ he said.
‘You’ve got on a plane with your four children and you’ve left the country.’
In response, Wayne quipped: ‘I’m not going to be on Banged Up Abroad.’
Carey mentioned that he chose to leave the ordinary flow, bringing his kids with him, even though it wasn’t a school break period.
As a committed follower, I seized the opportunity to take my children out of school for an immediate learning experience. Firstly, it’s less crowded at this time, and secondly, I believe we can turn it into an educational adventure.

About three weeks back, I found myself making news when a video surfaced showing me exiting a fashionable Melbourne bar just seconds after a woman, who wasn’t with me, had entered the restroom.
As an overly enthusiastic fan, I can’t help but share this thrilling discovery: The intriguing video, captured at the Toorak Cellars bar in the heart of Armadale, within the city’s bustling inner south-east, depicts none other than Wayne and Kate Aston, both 38, a dynamic marketing and communications powerhouse from Melbourne. Staggeringly, they gracefully walked into the frame about 20 seconds apart – a moment that feels like an eternity for those of us who eagerly await their every move!
As a woman passes by, a voice, presumably female, can be heard saying, “We’ve caught you on tape,” followed by her question, “What’s he up to in there?” and finally, an observation, “She seems rather awkward.
Wayne and Kate have both expressed strong disagreement about the video, with the former AFL player labeling it as “shameful” and online harassment, and both sides maintaining that no secret meeting or encounter occurred in the restrooms.
