19th-century-based series focuses on George Washington “Wash” Black, played by Ernest Kingsley Jr, who was born at the age of 11 on a sugar plantation in Barbados.

Following a heart-wrenching event that claimed a life, the young boy is compelled to abandon his home, embarking on an exhilarating journey spanning continents. During his travels, Wash starts envisioning a fresh approach to life and maps out a future unbound by society’s current limitations.
