James Haskell, 40, shows off weight loss transformation with VERY revealing photo as former rugby star boasts washboard abs

On Saturday, James Haskell shared an audacious photo with fans, showcasing his lean, toned body that had undergone significant transformation.

It seems that the ex-rugby player, aged 40, appeared to have lost some of his characteristic muscular build as evidenced in photos from an event last week.

He went to 601 Queen’s Road, located in south-west London, for Lady Wimbledon’s Rooftop Tennis Party, which had numerous attendees enjoying themselves.

Previously known England flanker Haskell, who predominantly played for the London Wasps, brought more focus on his leaner figure by choosing to don a fitted T-shirt.

Now, James has left his fans embarrassed with a shocking display, as he confidently revealed his tanned, six-packed physique by shedding all his clothes.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I casually revealed a glimpse of my carefree spirit while lounging in my hotel sanctuary, artfully draped by a crisp, white towel to preserve a touch of mystery.

James didn’t title his suggestive Instagram post from Melbourne, Australia, where he was working with Mike Tindall, with subsequent updates detailing their joint endeavors following the trip.

Over time, Haskell transformed into a tech-house DJ, but he’s been transparent about his weight loss journey ever since he left rugby.

It turns out that his time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, along with the limitations during the worldwide lockdown, played a significant role in helping him lose weight.

Following his departure from the Australian wilderness in 2019, James posted photos on Instagram showcasing his sculpted abdominals and impressive biceps. It was speculated that he shed approximately 10 kilograms during his time on the program.

Approximately two years ago, he confessed that he shed roughly 19 pounds during one of the last UK lockdowns due to a stringent eating regimen.

He posted on Instagram, saying, “In the second lockdown, I found myself getting bored and decided to push my physical limits. Weighing in at 130kg now.

‘Lockdown 3 I have gone the other way. I’m 8 weeks in and have gone from 122kgs to 113kgs.

I’ve been working out remotely under the guidance of @altius_pt. It’s been fantastic, meticulously planned, and tailored just for me. Currently, my goal is to slim down gradually, and then I’ll gradually increase my strength training in the upcoming weeks.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can attest that setting and achieving goals has become a fulfilling journey for me. It provides direction, structure, and the self-discipline necessary for human growth. Pursuing objectives not only adds meaning to our lives but also instills a sense of routine and purpose we all yearn for.

James recently discussed what really caused his marriage to Chloe Madeley to end after five years.

In a turn of events, Haskell and Chloe, aged 37, who is the child of popular TV hosts Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, parted ways when their daughter, Bodhi, was only a year old.

He explained his love of boozing contributed to the demise of their union.

Haskell stated that if he had invested more time into his marriage than he did pursuing the Guinness World Records, he likely wouldn’t be divorced at this point.

At the Pub in the Park festival held in west London, James shared that his connection with Chloe has significantly improved.

He shared with the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned, but he holds immense affection for his daughter and Chloe. Essentially, he views it as a collaborative effort.

In my experience, it’s easy to overlook the fact that when a marriage ends, the focus should primarily be on the wellbeing of our children. My partner Chloe and I have found ourselves to be exceptional co-parents. Above all else, we prioritize the happiness and growth of our little one, Bodhi.
