Vogue Williams reveals the secret to her incredible figure and it involves AVOIDING salads

As a devoted admirer, I’ve been captivated by Vogue Williams‘ stunning physique, and recently, she’s spilled the beans on her secret formula! She’s shared the one golden rule that she strictly adheres to in order to keep her figure so fabulous.

The 39-year-old Irish presenter is well-known for her passion for workouts, frequently sharing glimpses into her wellness and fitness routine on her social media platforms.

Lately, she’s been flaunting her figure by modeling various fashionable swimsuits during a fun-filled family trip to Spain.

Prior to her 40th birthday in October, Vogue discussed her methods for staying fit and healthy and shared the one nutritional advice she consistently follows.

While it may seem typical for celebrities to consume only healthy meals like salads, Vogue emphasized that she wouldn’t find a salad sufficient as the main course due to its lack of filling power.

She shared with Closer Magazine that for breakfast, she either has eggs on toast or porridge. Regarding meals, however, she never has salad as the main dish; instead, salads are typically served as sides.

Whenever someone chooses a salad for their midday meal, I find myself exclaiming internally, “You’ll likely feel hungry again soon!” It’s just not in me to keep quiet about it.

Vogue works out approximately five to six days a week, slotting in 30-minute sessions from the flexible fitness app Flexy around her active family schedule when convenient.

The popular figure mentioned that she too stays busy by escorting her children – Theodore (age 6), Gigi (4), and Otto (3) – to school and daycare respectively.

Vogue has consistently prioritized her fitness, sharing with TopMob that she never feels remorse after a workout and continued exercising right up until she welcomed Otto into the world.

While carrying Otto in May 2022, she mentioned: “Yesterday someone asked me when I might stop training, to which I replied, ‘It really depends on what my schedule is like on the day I go into labor’.

I plan on training all the way until the end because if I have the energy, why not? If I don’t feel like training, then I won’t do it. So, I make my decisions based on how I’m feeling.

‘It makes me feel better, I never regret a training session.’

Vogue takes pleasure in staying physically fit and is so well-versed in the gym that she was fully aware of her capabilities and limitations during pregnancy.

She often lifts heavy weights, which might surprise others. They may warn her when they see her carrying a bag, but little do they know she had just been doing weightlifting exercises and can easily lift the weights.

Regarding her focus on fitness, Vogue (married to Spencer Matthews) stated that she doesn’t impose demands on her body, particularly following childbirth.

After Gigi and I resumed cycling, I recovered from childbirth quite swiftly, but it took me some time to get accustomed to lifting weights again,” she disclosed.

I’ve always been cautious about lifting weights, and prioritizing self-care over immediate training seems more crucial for me.

Her spouse, Spencer, shares her passion for fitness and just finished running 30 marathons consecutively through the Jordanian desert within a month. However, as stated by Vogue, she has no plans to match his extreme achievements in this regard.

Over the scorching summer season, I was part of an extraordinary accomplishment – breaking the global record for running the most uninterrupted marathons on sand. With my relentless fitness endeavor, Spencer etched his name in history.

He managed to amass more than half a million pounds for Global’s Make Some Noise, calling it one of his greatest accomplishments, surpassed only by his marriage to Vogue and the birth of their three children.
