Katie Holmes and her former boyfriend, Joshua Jackson, exhibited affectionate scenes during the filming of their upcoming project, titled “Happy Hours”.

On a Friday, the former co-stars from Dawson’s Creek were seen smiling brightly at each other while they met up in the bustling streets of New York City.

Katie, aged 46, gleamed her radiant grin as Joshua, also 47, affectionately placed an arm around her shoulder, guiding the stroller together.

In a characterful outfit, the captivating brunette, who had a relationship with Joshua during Dawson’s Creek filming from 1998 to 1999, donned a pair of black trousers, a sleeveless white blouse adorned with flowers, and comfortable black ballet shoes.

She tied a light blue denim shirt around her hips and toted a black purse over her shoulder. 

For his part, the Doctor Odyssey star sported a button-up chambray shirt and dark trousers.

20-plus years after playing Katie and Joshua in the beloved series Dawson’s Creek, I found myself standing alongside my former co-star once more, sparking excitement among fans as we kicked off filming in Manhattan on a buzzing Monday.

Following Katie’s heartfelt Instagram post about her friendship with Joshua, she expressed her gratitude for collaborating with numerous cherished friends on the movie ‘HAPPY HOURS’. Working alongside Joshua once more, after such a long time, underscores the strength of their bond.

In the well-known American teen soap that concluded in 2003 following six seasons, a duo played ex-lovers whose lives intersect once more, sparking a renewed romantic connection years later.

In addition, they developed a romantic relationship behind the scenes, as Katie and Joshua were together during the initial stages of the series.

In 1998, Katie shared with Rolling Stone that the previous year she encountered someone special, developed feelings for them, experienced her first true love, and it was an extraordinary and inexpressible experience.
