But, as sources point out, the fallout – especially for the two girls – will never be over.

If the court grants this order, it means that the girls won’t get a chance to recover and there will be no opportunity for a harmonious family life with the newborn. This situation is heartbreaking, affecting everyone involved, especially the children.

This situation implies that Ioan and Alice will not have the opportunity to accompany their daughters at events such as graduations, weddings, baptisms, or, heaven forbid, emergencies, together.

In this case, Ioan and Alice won’t be able to share in their daughters’ important life moments like graduation ceremonies, weddings, baptisms, or emergencies, as they will not be present with them.

So who is the winner here?

Four and a half years have passed since the former golden pair, who found each other while filming 102 Dalmatians, went their separate ways, and it’s been two years since their divorce was finalized in court.

In a court declaration supported by documents, she admits that she is indebted to utility companies and failed to pay the monthly rent of $6,500 for her apartment in Beverly Hills, resulting in her eviction. Additionally, she has an outstanding balance of $35,000 with her legal representative.

He aims to lower his expenses, arguing that he can’t locate additional or higher-paying job opportunities.

The irony lies in their legal dispute, as it depletes funds from both parties – a sum they claim they cannot afford.

A complete five-day trial is going to set you back at least $50,000 for legal expenses. This current court appearance alone will add another $5,000 to $10,000 to that cost.

In legal documents, Ioan has argued for an extension of the three-year restraining order issued in August 2022 to be permanent. This order requires Alice to keep a distance from both him and Bianca, and it forbids her from discussing them, whether in interviews, on social media, or elsewhere.

Additionally, she pleaded with him to provide them with loans so they could secure a deposit for a new home.

In the year 2023, there was a disturbing event that occurred during a visit for child custody. At this time, Ella, who is currently 15 years old, encountered her father’s newly-acquired partner for the very first time.

In my professional opinion, I’ve found myself in situations where I wasn’t keen on meeting someone new – in this case, Bianca. Interestingly, as a lifestyle expert might say, court documents reveal that Ella’s reaction to Bianca’s presence was far from cordial; she expressed her displeasure quite forcefully, and unfortunately, this led to damaging the apartment.

The teen applied for a restraining order against her father which was not granted.

It seems Alice has hinted at wanting to resolve things amicably with Ioan and Bianca, following their announcement about her pregnancy in May. However, she clarified shortly after that she wasn’t upset or angry, as some had speculated.

Could we possibly be nearing a peaceful resolution? Regrettably, during the court hearing on Wednesday, the case was postponed once more, now scheduled for a comprehensive five-day hearing, likely in late this year.
