Tammy Hembrow’s friend leaves a very passive aggressive comment on her Instagram post after she commits HUGE friendship no-no
Tammy Hembrow has committed a cardinal Instagram sin.
On Wednesday, the 31-year-old fitness influencer shared an image, not particularly flattering, of one of her friends with her 17 million online followers.
On Tuesday evening, Tammy made her appearance at the Australian Financial Review magazine’s 30th anniversary celebration dressed in an outfit that left few questions unanswered about what she was wearing.
She went to the business gathering held at the Sydney Opera House while wearing a petite silk crop top and coordinating skirt from Arcina Ori. She posted several pictures of her outfit on Instagram as well.
But not everyone was happy with the post.

As an absolutely smitten fan, I couldn’t help but be captivated by Tammy’s latest social media upload – a stunning collection of four photos showcasing the influencer flaunting her toned physique against the iconic backdrop of Sydney Opera House, dressed to impress in a figure-hugging ensemble.
Additionally, she posted a brief video filmed from the back, showing her leisurely walking towards some steps while turning for added drama, subtly highlighting her elegantly draped attire.
In the dimly lit Bennelong restaurant, there were two pictures showcasing Tammy’s table setup, as well as a selfie snapped with Sydney-based brand strategist, Addison Gazal, from our dining table.
‘Yeah cheers, I look great, thanks,’ Addison penned in a comment dripping with sarcasm.
Meanwhile, fans flocked to the comments section to lavish Tammy with praise.
‘Ab goals,’ one wrote, while other comments included ‘Wow’ and ‘Obsessed.’
The top she was wearing, priced at $230, showcases a delicate V-shaped design that accentuates her defined waistline, while also exposing her toned abdomen. The $360 long skirt, on the other hand, boasts a unique twist pattern and a cinched waistband that adds style to her outfit.
In a mirror selfie, taken at her hotel prior to an event, Tammy arranged her lengthy golden hair into wavy curls.

In my experience as a lifestyle expert, I’ve learned that maintaining physical fitness is crucial for emotional well-being during challenging times. So, I’ve been dedicating myself to staying in peak condition after facing a difficult split with my husband, Matt Zukowski, only seven months into our marriage.
On Wednesday, the influencer shared on Instagram a list of items that have been assisting her in her healing process, as she had announced in June that she and Matt were parting ways.
She started off by saying, “Healing isn’t easy, but I’ve found a few small things that have been making my healing process more manageable recently,” in this lengthy caption accompanying a video montage chronicling her healing journey following the breakup.
The video captures moments of Tammy snuggling with her trio of kids, enjoying both sunrises and sunsets, and several instances where she’s overcome with tears.
‘Getting out of the house has been huge for me,’ she said.
When I’m experiencing difficulties, I could choose to seclude myself, yet stepping outside has been instrumental in clearing my thoughts. Simple activities like visiting a coffee shop have made a significant difference. Being amongst others, even strangers, seems to provide tremendous assistance.
Engaging in physical activity typically requires no elaborate explanation. It triggers an immediate release of endorphins, those happy chemicals in your brain. Moreover, it offers a chance to indulge in something exclusively for yourself – a moment that can be challenging to initiate but is worth the effort because it ultimately improves your mood.
Alongside these items, Tammy additionally mentioned spending time with her children or family, enjoying music, witnessing both sunrises and sunsets, and attending therapy sessions.

She revealed, “I’ve never been a fan of therapy; it makes me feel uneasy and challenging. Frankly, I’ve avoided it altogether. However, let me assure you that it is indeed beneficial.
The social media star said she’s working on ‘letting myself feel without judgement.’
‘If I’m feeling sad or angry or upset, I acknowledge and feel it. If I want to cry, I cry.
In simpler terms, she said, ‘The best route is straight through it, and sometimes you’ll have good days and bad. For some time, I had been suppressing all my feelings and trying to be tough, but looking back, I believe this was a major obstacle preventing me from even beginning the healing process.’
After Tammy disclosed that she didn’t feel like the same person during her marriage with Matt, the 29-year-old Love Island star, she has since recognized herself.
The influencer revealed that she has toned up her body and lost weight since leaving the marriage.
In a heart-fluttering moment that felt like a dream come true, I was fortunate enough to attend the enchanting nuptials of my beloved idols, Tammy and Matt, at the radiant Chateau Du Soleil nestled in the picturesque Byron Bay on November 23.
They got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating.
