Jess Glynne and girlfriend Alex Scott look ecstatic as they celebrate Lionesses’ win – before singer takes to the stage at BoxPark Wembley

Jess Glynne and her partner, Alex Scott, appeared thrilled as they rejoiced over the Lionesses’ triumph in the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 semifinal on a Tuesday night.

At BOXPARK Wembley, both the 35-year-old vocalist and the ex-footballer aged 40 attended a live broadcast of the game together with their supporters.

The pair couldn’t conceal their enthusiasm when Alex’s old squad beat Italy 2-1 in Geneva, thereby qualifying for the Euro 2025 final.

At some moment, Alex raised her arm high in jubilation, and meanwhile, Jess, who was standing very near, couldn’t hide her joy, grinning widely.

To mark the big victory, Alex welcomed Jess to the stage for a high-energy performance.

In a soccer jersey of England, she shone remarkably, illuminating the location with her electrifying performance.

Alex and Jess began dating around October 2023.

For several months, they maintained their relationship discreetly. Later on, Alex acknowledged that they deliberately kept it hidden because they considered it to be particularly meaningful or unique.

In an article for The Times, the BBC commentator candidly discussed her relationship with Jess, expressing that they are growing increasingly alike.

In her account of her day, she mentioned that every morning, she wakes up beside her partner, Jess, who, over the course of the past year and a half, has grown remarkably similar to herself.

‘She can see what going to the gym does for me mentally, so she’ll do the same’.

Last month, there were whispers suggesting that the couple might be planning a move to the U.S., which is located on the other side of the Atlantic (the pond).

According to The Sun, Alex might be contemplating alternative opportunities due to feeling unsupported during his work with Football Focus on the BBC.

The disagreement arose due to decreasing audience numbers, causing Alex to allegedly feel as if she was abandoned or betrayed by the network, much like being pushed under a moving vehicle.

A source reported that last year, Alex was deeply affected by unjust criticisms regarding decreased viewership numbers, which made her feel like she had been abandoned or betrayed.

‘The actual viewership numbers differed from what was initially stated. She feels that she lacked support in verifying and reporting the accurate viewership data.’

The presenter’s contract with the BBC is reported to be up for renewal this summer.

Recently, Jess has separated from her record label EMI following the poor performance of her April 2024 album, “Jess,” which fell off the charts after only a week.

According to a source, The Sun reported that Jess has extensive knowledge in producing major chart-toppers. When she joined EMI Records, there was much anticipation. However, the partnership between them hasn’t turned out to be as successful as they both expected.

The album failed to meet expectations, and not one single made it into the Top 40. It has been challenging for her to regain public acceptance following a long absence.

I, being a die-hard fan, found myself in a situation where both my idol, Jess, and her label mutually agreed to part ways. Yet, the spirit of Jess remains undeterred. Instead, she’s channeling this energy into crafting fresh tunes and strategizing her next big moves.
