Kyle Sandilands issues heartbreaking admission about his health – and reveals he weighs MORE than he did last year amid brain aneurysm diagnosis

Kyle Sandilands has openly shared a distressing revelation concerning his present health status, which was prompted by his unexpected brain aneurysm diagnosis in February.

54-year-old radio host revealed on the Kyle & Jackie O Show on KIIS FM on Wednesday that his exercise routine has been restricted because of his current weight of 138 kg, a 12 kg increase from last year’s weight.

The radio host, who is 54 years old, mentioned on the Kyle & Jackie O Show (on KIIS FM) that he can’t do as much physical activity anymore because he now weighs 138 kg, which is 12 kg heavier than what he weighed last year.

Kyle shared with listeners that he’s 138 years old and initially believed himself to be quite large. He went on to describe feeling a bit down, unsure if ‘depressed’ was the right term. He mentioned that this has been his state since the aneurysm issue surfaced a year ago.

Inside, I chose to ignore the matter. My wife has been urging me to join her and our son Otto for a walk, inquiring if I’d be interested. I am keen on it, yet at the moment, I find myself feeling somewhat heavy and lacking motivation.

Despite his health scare, Kyle admitted he continues to indulge in junk food.

Kyle additionally shared about his recent hospital appointment for a routine check-up, expressing his intention to establish a network of assistance for individuals grappling with weight management challenges.

Yesterday, I completed all these scans, but I haven’t received the results yet. If everything checks out, I plan to establish a club called ‘Kyle’s Big Fatso Club’. The goal is to encourage others to join me on my journey towards better health. Who would like to join?

In April 2024, Kyle revealed his body weight live on air.

As a committed listener, I recently found myself tuning into a captivating conversation between the revered radio host, myself included, and the charismatic Jackie ‘O’ Henderson. The focus of their engaging dialogue was Body Mass Index (BMI), a metric that calculates body fat levels based on one’s height and weight.

‘I weigh 126kg of meat,’ he proudly proclaimed.

On The Kyle and Jackie O’ Show, a producer revealed the recommended BMI for a man based on his specific height.

‘For a 6ft1 man, you should weigh somewhere between 75 to 91kg,’ she said.

Despite the shock revelation, Kyle said he has no plans to start exercising.

Afterward, heading to the gym feels overwhelmingly exhausting. Frankly, everyone seems indifferent towards it all. He expressed this exasperation emphatically.

Or:

Later on, going to the gym just sounds daunting. Honestly, people don’t seem to care about these details at all. He exclaimed this in frustration.

‘Well actually that’s not true, most people do,’ he added.

In February, it was disclosed to listeners that the media figure had received a diagnosis of a brain aneurysm.

Fans of the radio star have expressed their support and well wishes since his admission.

On a Friday, I learned from my healthcare professionals that I had a brain aneurysm. This discovery suggested it needed prompt medical intervention, specifically brain surgery, as stated then.

My physician indicated that without further examination, my fate could have been death. Living a life filled with cocaine use and revelry is clearly not the path to choose.

He disclosed that his physician has forbidden him from using cocaine, engaging in excessive masturbation, performing heavy weightlifting, and experiencing high levels of stress.
