Miley Cyrus’s sister Noah, 25, sparks fresh plastic surgery speculation with dramatic new look

On a Tuesday in New York City, Noah Cyrus made an appearance at SiriusXM Studios, taking the opportunity to discuss and promote her most recent album titled I Want My Loved Ones to Go with Me.

As a lifestyle expert, I find myself constantly intrigued by the latest buzz surrounding this 25-year-old sensation in the music industry. However, it’s not just her music that’s capturing headlines – there’s also a lingering discussion about her ever-changing appearance, which continues to fuel speculation and interest among fans and onlookers alike.

During her ongoing public appearances, discussions have resurfaced among fans and internet commentators regarding speculations that the Grammy-nominated artist may have secretly had cosmetic procedures done.

In reaction to the artist’s striking transformation, certain social media commentators speculate that the changes in her nose shape (slimmer bridge, more defined tip), plumper lips, and sculpted cheekbones might not solely be due to skillful makeup application.

Although Cyrus hasn’t spoken out about the rumors, her significantly more defined facial structure has sparked much discussion in pop culture circles, as well as among celebrity gossip blogs and commentators.

A popular TikTok video from 2024 showcased Dr. Gary Motykie, a well-known plastic surgeon, sharing his expert insights about the evolving appearance of Cyrus.

He proposed that her face appeared somewhat otherworldly, given her plump cheeks and pronounced chin.

As an ardent admirer, I’ve been pondering over Dr. Motykie’s advice to tone down the perceived enhancements. His suggestion is aimed at achieving a harmonious balance and restoring a more authentic, natural look.

Additionally, it’s important to remember that alterations in one’s physical look could be due to various factors such as makeup applications, lighting effects, the passage of time (aging), and even natural growth and evolution of facial features.

In addition to other considerations, Noah also enjoys trying out various hair colors and recently dyed her eyebrows blonde last year.

Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright shared with DailyMail.com that she doesn’t notice significant changes suggesting extensive reshaping procedures, such as a nose job, from a surgical standpoint.

It seems that Dr. Prado-Wright mentioned that Noah appears to share a similar high, hooked nasal bridge. Fans might be noticing this due to changes in hairstyle, lip volume, and heavy makeup application, which can significantly alter the way her facial features are perceived.

The cosmetic surgeon noted that Noah’s ‘current look mirrors the “Instagram face” aesthetic.’

Dr. Prado-Wright observed that she has full lips, defined cheeks, and prominent fox-eye makeup, which is significantly impacted by cosmetic treatments like fillers and tactically placed Botox. She possesses a unique aura without resorting to surgery, according to her conclusion.

Daily Mail has reached out to Noah’s representatives for comment, but they have not yet responded.

In 2020, Noah got vulnerable about growing up in the spotlight.

She disclosed to NPR that she has grappled with depression and anxiety since she was a child, and additionally, she has experienced issues related to body and self-image dissatisfaction.

She went on to say: ‘I found it unbearable to look at myself in a mirror, causing my eyes to well up with tears and making me cry. I would express to my mother how much I despise myself, feeling unattractive and insignificant, like an inconsequential speck in the cosmos that the universe doesn’t bother to listen to.’

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Growing up, I was the July singer, who made my acting debut at the tender age of two on the show Doc. However, despite my early start in Hollywood, I often felt like my voice didn’t matter – that no one cared about what I had to say.

Noah shared with his audience, “It’s challenging for me because many people close to me advise against considering public opinion in my personal life. Of course, I am incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing family, but while the advantages are numerous, there are also significant drawbacks that aren’t always visible to others.

The star openly admitted that she felt uncomfortable with the fame associated with being Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter and Miley Cyrus’ younger sibling.

She explained that for a period, she felt utterly unrecognized, as though her unique self had vanished from sight. This sense of being unknown and disregarded by others was deeply troubling to her.

Last year, Noah shared with her Instagram audience that viewing American Horror Story provided comfort for her while dealing with mental health challenges.

She shared that from age 13 to 17, she often retreated into her secluded room due to feelings of disorientation and insecurity when out in the world. Her experiences with body dysmorphia and depression were deeply distressing, leaving an overwhelming sense of pain for someone so small.

The artist remarked, “However, something about this performance brought me solace… I sensed that others were experiencing pain and chaos just as deeply as I was within myself.

As a child, Noah often felt that living under the spotlight cast by her elder sister Miley, a renowned figure among her contemporaries, had a profound impact on her self-perception, making her feel as if a significant part of her individuality was lost.

Noah previously discussed aging in the public eye while appearing on The Rebecca Judd Show in 2020.

She remembered how people online had been harshly critical of her appearance and upbringing, a fact that she was born with regarding her facial features, which she felt had been given to her by God.

I felt deeply saddened when people spoke negatively about something beyond my control, leaving me feeling as if countless individuals disliked me. Over time, this led me to develop self-hatred.

As a teen grappling with body dysmorphia, anxiety, and depression, Noah remembered her boyfriend providing her with anti-anxiety medication.

She shared with Rolling Stone in 2022 that he was the one who initially provided me with Xanax, and this act served as a means for us to grow closer.

Noah, who was 18 years old, expressed that she aspired to align with him and desired to emulate what he found appealing and considered ‘cool’.

Ultimately, she said abusing Xanax helped her ‘silence things out for a second and numb’ her pain.

She went on to explain that her pastime evolved into an all-consuming addiction, leaving her spending the days asleep, waking up confused at 8 p.m., and struggling to keep track of time. This situation grew even more challenging during the pandemic.

During her most challenging times, she admitted that she often dozed off and even fell asleep, finding it difficult to maintain alertness while advocating for her 2020 The End of Everything EP.
