Actress Eva Longoria showcased her stylish flair in a sleek nude top and tiny shorts while stepping out in Spain on Monday, creating quite an impression.
A woman in her fifties, sporting dark hair, had donned exercise attire. She completed her look with a beige cap, dark sunglasses, and a black waist bag.
In her bulky sneakers, the actress from The Land of Women took a brisk stroll accompanied by a bunch of female companions.
The star recently resides in Marbella, Spain, and held their workout routine along the picturesque roads of Puerto Banus.
The team paused their activities to discover the lively artisan market, checking out homemade items, local specialties, and unique trinkets from small shops.

On Mondays, she’s usually accompanied by her husband, José Antonio Bastón, and their son, Santiago, but on that particular day, they weren’t spotted together.
Eva has managed to stay an impressive size two even into her 50s.

Longoria’s three diet tips are intermittent fasting, clean eating, and moderation.
She adheres to a 16-hour fasting period, during which she abstains from eating, followed by an 8-hour window for meals (from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Her diet emphasizes protein sources, green leafy vegetables, beneficial fats, and complex carbs.


In simpler terms, this fixture on the red carpet steers clear of refined carbohydrates, sugars, and fried dishes, especially right after giving birth.
Mostly, she consumes her meals during an eight-hour span, usually from around eleven in the morning up until seven in the evening, as reported by Women’s Health.
Longoria emphasizes consuming wholesome, unrefined food items such as lean proteins (like chicken, fish, and eggs), green vegetables, beneficial fats (such as avocados and olive oil), and intricate carbs (for example, quinoa and brown rice) in her dietary choices.
This fitness-focused individual eliminates processed carbohydrates, sugar, and fried foods, particularly post-pregnancy, and ensures protein is included in all her meals and snacks. She prefers healthy fats such as avocado in her diet and opts for complex carbs like quinoa and brown rice instead of refined grains.

Meanwhile, according to Prevention, Eva places great importance on staying well-hydrated, which is an essential aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
