Over the past ten months, the celebrity has disclosed that she shed approximately 44 pounds following a struggle with an eating disorder spanning over twenty years.

In her description, she emphasized that she appeared joyful in both photos. She mentioned that losing weight wasn’t the intention, but rather a positive side effect from adopting better health practices.

Some people have warned about the risks of quick dieting, but Jelena countered by saying: “I didn’t shed pounds rapidly. I managed to lose 20 kilograms in less than 10 months. It wasn’t hasty.
Jelena mentioned that her family has a history of diabetes, and more recently, she was diagnosed with high blood pressure, which led to her losing weight.
Apart from that, she disclosed her method: “I abstained from consuming meals late in the evening, particularly foods such as burgers, pizzas, French fries, and sweets. These foods left me feeling incredibly lethargic upon waking up.
