On Saturday, Eamonn Holmes and his partner Katie Alexander were seen at Heathrow Airport, ready for their lavish vacation in Greece.

The host from GB News, aged 65, along with a woman often referred to as the “leggy blonde,” who is 43 years old, had their three adult children accompany them on a sunny vacation. This outing followed rumors of a difficult period in their relationship, as two of his sons have reportedly taken the side of his ex-partner, Ruth Langford.

Eamonn, frequently seen in a motorized wheelchair because of persistent back issues, presented an easygoing appearance in a suit with vertical stripes and dark pants as he entered the airport.

As he donned a sports coat, marriage counselor Katie seemed prepared for sunny weather in a sleek black miniskirt and form-fitting white blouse.

To finish off her summer style, she added a stylish tan blazer, accentuating her waist with a thick belt, and accessorized with a Panama hat.

In the midst of some difficulties with his sons, a source shared with The Sun that this was the couple’s initial rough spot. However, they believe that a vacation could easily resolve their issues.

Subsequently, TopMob exclusively disclosed that a significant rift occurred between him, a well-known broadcaster and father of four, and his youngest child Niall (age 32), whom he had with his first wife Gabrielle. Even more distressingly, Niall has chosen to align himself with his stepmother Ruth rather than his biological father, following the dissolution of their relationship.

Last year, Ruth and Eamonn shared their decision to separate after 27 years together as a couple and 14 years of marriage. Recent developments suggest that this already challenging divorce could become even more contentious. As one insider stated: ‘Their relationship is in a very difficult state at the moment.’

It’s common knowledge that Jack, their 23-year-old son, supports his mother Ruth following their separation. Prior to the announcement of their split, Ruth helped Jack move into an apartment in Salford. A source revealed: ‘There is tension between him and his father.’

Approximately twelve years ago, it’s said that Eamonn and Katie initially connected, with rumors swirling about playful messages being exchanged between them. It’s implied that a year prior to their separation, Ruth discovered that Eamonn had been generously giving gifts to Katie.

As a lifestyle advisor, I’d put it this way: Eamonn and Katie, who were both previously married, maintain that their relationship didn’t start until after their respective marriages had ended. However, the fact that they are now together has reportedly been met with significant disapproval from Eamonn’s family.

Eamonn is additionally the dad to adult children Declan (age 36) and Rebecca (age 34), from his previous marriage. It’s thought that he remains quite close to both of them.

Based on recent reports, it appears the TV figure is intending to provide his latest girlfriend with a luxurious lifestyle similar to what his former partner, Ruth, experienced. Sources close to the situation claim he is prepared to engage in a legal battle to secure what he feels is rightfully his during their divorce proceedings.

Eamonn appears to be strongly committed to rectifying his financial situation, while moving slowly in the process of finalizing his divorce.

Instead of Ruth, it’s said that she is eagerly trying to wrap up her separation from Eamonn, and has consulted legal professionals with the aim of retaining their £3.6 million six-bedroom house located in Surrey.

As an ardent admirer putting it in my own words, I’d say: “I’ve heard through the grapevine that Katie has been a pillar of strength for Eamonn during these challenging times with his divorce. His health is a constant worry, and recently, some tax-related setbacks have added to his concerns. Yet, these obstacles seem to fuel Eamonn’s resolve more than ever; he’s more committed than ever before to sorting out his finances and regaining financial stability.

As a devoted partner going through a difficult separation, I find myself feeling unfairly treated in the divorce proceedings. The fact that the house is now solely in Ruth’s possession, along with the many remaining financial matters we need to settle, has left me hesitant and reluctant to move forward.

Eamonn is concerned about his mobility problems, as he requires assistance from a caregiver to prepare for work, which comes at a high cost.

The source mentioned that Eamonn is determined not to let go of Katie, and is eager to provide her with a lifestyle that suits her well.

Last month, Eamonn removed his wedding ring, over a year since his spilt from Ruth.

On May 25, 2024, the television duo stunned viewers with a joint declaration, announcing the conclusion of their 14-year union after all those years together.

Even though Eamonn started a fresh romance, he still wore his wedding ring on that finger.

Nevertheless, during the latest episode of GB News that he co-hosted with colleague Ellie Costello, it was observed that he wasn’t wearing his ring.

During his live broadcast, the presenter opted to go without jewelry; however, it’s worth noting that Eamonn is known to take off his ring from time to time.
