Jelly Roll shocks fans with thinnest-ever frame after dropping 200lbs
On two recent episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jelly Roll showcased his gradually slimming physique as a guest host.
The 40-year-old musician, known for his decade-long camaraderie with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, temporarily replaced the late-night program host, showcasing his most svelte physique following a weight loss of approximately 200 pounds.
He donned a complete black ensemble for his hosting responsibilities, accessorizing with a golden necklace and flaunting his trademark mullet hairstyle.
On the air on Thursday evening, Jason DeFord (also known as Jelly) playfully mocked himself by performing a satirical tune composed of online criticisms he had received.
He doesn’t usually let negative comments affect him, so tonight he plans to introduce his fresh new single. The entire song will consist of remarks people have posted about him online. Care to listen to it? He hinted playfully before starting the performance.
Among the humorous lyrics of the tune were these quips: ‘Enduring Jelly Roll’s tunes unwillingly, and it’s terrible,’ ‘I once detested Jelly Roll. I still do,’ and ‘Jelly Roll seems like a meth addict snatched a microphone.’

The jovial individual shared and commented on a social media post that humorously pointed out Jelly Roll’s weight loss, suggesting he now resembles a Fruit Roll-Up.
Last December DeFord unveiled a new health and fitness goal.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I shared my aspirations with my dear wife Bunnie XO during her Dumb Blonde podcast, expressing my desire to grace the cover of Men’s Health magazine.
Five months ago, he declared that his new ambition is to appear on the cover of Men’s Health magazine by March 2026.
The star declared: ‘I wanna have one of the biggest transformations.’
He added that he was ‘so glad’ to be having the discussion in front of an audience.
As a lifestyle guide, I felt compelled to share my journey openly for transparency. I want to authentically discuss my personal challenges with this matter, connecting with others who might be experiencing similar struggles.
The artist shared his thoughts on celebrity and self-image, stating that individuals who reach a similar level of fame as himself often feel embarrassed when they lose weight.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but empathize with their struggle. They feel so ashamed that they retreat, shedding pounds and transforming themselves, only to emerge into the world feeling alienated. Everything seems strange and unfamiliar, and they must learn an entirely new way of navigating life – a journey of self-discovery and adaptation.
‘I wanted to lose it in front of everybody. I wanted to talk about it.’
Jelly underscored his desire to shed pounds while under scrutiny, “I want others to join me on this journey… My success wasn’t due to my weight, but rather, I achieved it despite it.
He similarly admitted, ‘Somehow, I’ve achieved such great success while weighing 550 pounds. That’s absolutely extraordinary.’
