Judge’s humiliating three-word barb shames Blake Lively in case against Justin Baldoni… as actress admits new financial woes
The judge presiding over Blake Lively’s legal dispute with Justin Baldoni cautioned her, suggesting that her fame may eventually diminish.
At a recent crisis hearing, Judge Lewis Liman cautioned the actress, emphasizing that “fame is transient.
Although he acknowledged their well-known reputations after accepting the case, it was revealed that he wasn’t familiar with Lively or Baldoni prior to that point.
The comments were made at a hearing the evening preceding Lively’s expected deposition. At this point, Baldoni’s lawyer, Kevin Fritz, expressed concern that Lively, who is 37 years old, was receiving preferential treatment solely due to her status as a celebrity.
Judge Liman, on the other hand, instructed Fritz, stating that ‘the court is grappling with certain issues and it would be advantageous for you to express yourself using terms and phrases that are familiar to the court.’
The judge mentioned that making unfounded accusations doesn’t benefit anyone, nor did it aid in the current situation. He emphasized that this matter was significant.

He clarified that both Baldoni and Lively are well-known individuals. However, he emphasized that prior to taking on this case, he wasn’t familiar with either of them as their names were unfamiliar to him.
‘As far as I’m concerned, whether they have celebrity at the moment or not is irrelevant.’
Then, he delivered the final blow.
A celebrity’s status, which everyone is aware of, can be temporary. Moreover, it has no bearing on the legal proceedings, he stated.
Indeed, you’ve made a valid point that celebrity status doesn’t matter. Let’s proceed without focusing on it from now on. There’s no necessity for further discussion regarding celebrities.
In the midst of her legal dispute over sexual harassment accusations with her co-star and director on “It Ends With Us,” Lively is reportedly trying to limit the extent of her upcoming deposition in a careful manner. (41 years old, Baldoni)
As a lifestyle expert, I’m pleased to share that I successfully petitioned for the choice of my deposition location, which has now been rescheduled to July 31.
Additionally, as per Matthew Russell Lee from Inner City Press, she apparently asked for the duration to be confined to merely seven hours. This demand emerged following a setback she experienced when one of her statements was dismissed in court.
The federal judge discarded Lively’s allegations against social media PR specialist Jed Wallace. The judge suggested that Lively could either re-submit her accusations against Wallace in a different court or modify her current lawsuit. If Wallace’s attorney is asked to rejoin the case, they would request another deposition.
Following this week’s urgent court session, Judge Liman commanded that I surrender three years’ worth of my business documents to Baldoni’s crew. However, details concerning my net worth remain off-limits.
As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but wonder if she needed to verify whether there had been any shifts in her financial situation – specifically, if her income and outgoings had experienced a transformation, following the allegations surrounding the so-called smear campaign.
According to the judgment, there needs to be a solid reason why Lively claims she’s experienced financial losses.
Previously, the actress from Gossip Girl stated that the negative publicity and online criticism from Baldoni led to a significant drop (between 56% and 78%) in sales for her haircare brand, Blake Brown.

In December, Lively brought a lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment and orchestrating a defamatory campaign intended to tarnish her good name.
As an ardent admirer, I find myself compelled to share my perspective on a legal matter that has recently unfolded. In response to a $400 million lawsuit filed against Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane, I, as Baldoni, have accused them of defamation and extortion. This allegation stems from events that, in my view, have tarnished my reputation and peace of mind.
The complex legal dispute has grown even more contentious in recent months, allegedly straining Lively’s long-standing friendship with her good friend Taylor Swift.
Baldoni’s team summoned Lively over text messages, emails, and any other communications between them. In a rather awkward conversation, Lively seemed to liken herself to the Game of Thrones character Daenerys Targaryen (Khaleesi), and Swift as one of her ‘dragons.’
Baldoni’s documentation further stated that Swift, who was initially summoned to testify but later exempted, allegedly attended a gathering called by Lively at her New York high-rise residence for discussions about modifications to the It Ends With Us script. However, it has been disputed that Lively played any role in the film.
In June, Judge Liman discarded Baldoni’s lawsuit. Earlier, he had expressed his dissatisfaction with the case, labeling it as a “dispute between two public relations companies.
