Vogue Williams showcases her incredible figure in a green bikini as she takes a dip on holiday in Spain

On Friday, during our delightful family vacation in Spain, I couldn’t help but feel radiant and proud to showcase my admirable physique, much like the enchanting Vogue Williams does so effortlessly.

The Irish presenter, 39, slipped into a green bikini as she took a dip in the sea.

She maintained her composure by donning a baseball hat, while gathering her hair into a neat ponytail – a move that shielded her eyes from the intense summer rays with the help of a pair of stylishly large black shades.

The star adorned her attire with golden earrings and necklaces, lending an air of elegance, while she relished the sun-kissed family outing at the beach.

Vogue gleamed with joy as she waded waist-high into the water, flaunting her well-defined midriff in a revealing two-piece swimsuit.

She’s had a wonderful family vacation with her husband, Spencer Matthews, and their kids, Theo (6), Gigi (4), and Otto (2). On Instagram, she shared that she was eagerly awaiting this getaway, having looked forward to it for some time.

After Vogue admitted in May that she frequently experiences “mother’s guilt” while absent from her kids for work, the vacation follows.

In a conversation on The Life of Bryony podcast, she expressed that much like numerous mothers, she often feels the need to strive for perfection in all aspects, aiming to accomplish and embody everything.

‘I suffer from mum guilt all the time’, Vogue admitted.

It troubles me that I feel guilty whenever I’m working or spending time with my children. I worry about giving equal attention to all of them when I engage more with one over the other.

As a devoted admirer, I find myself constantly accompanying Theodore and Gigi on their adventures, which leaves precious little room in my schedule for solo outings with Otto. Consequently, I’ve learned the art of juggling commitments to ensure quality time with each one individually.

It seems to me that many women feel compelled to excel in multiple areas, striving to achieve both personally and professionally. Displaying a balanced life of work and family can serve as an inspiring example for our children.

As a dedicated follower, I’ve come to understand that whether you’re juggling your career while mothering or focusing on homemaking duties, there’s bound to be some degree of guilt lingering.

‘When realistically, you can’t do it all.’

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but ponder over the intense self-pressure Vogue seems to be under as a parent and host, Bryony Gordon, aged 45, openly confessed. Her experience might just be a glimpse into the mindset of our generation, reflecting shared beliefs that we carry.

She said: ‘Women of our generation were brought up with that notion – that you can have it all.

It’s interesting to note that it’s often these prominent women who are consistently posed with a particular question, whereas men aren’t being asked the same query.

‘I don’t want to have it all – I don’t need to be everything to everyone.’

In my professional opinion as a lifestyle expert, it’s important to acknowledge that life can sometimes throw us unexpected curves, such as when laundry becomes an overwhelming task and responses to emails slip our minds. It’s all part of the human experience, and we should strive to be understanding and patient with ourselves in these moments.

Vogue jokingly responded: ‘I have 364 unread WhatsApps – It’s terrible!’
