Based on records from Companies House, it appears that the business owned by the reality star is currently confronted with a £88,000 tax liability and filed for voluntary liquidation in May.

Charlotte shares ownership of the wholesale clothing and footwear company with her partner Matt Sarsfield. Additionally, she manages a different business, Dawsylicious Tanning.

TopMob have contacted Charlotte’s representatives for comment.

In February, Charlotte provided some insights about her current status with Matt, approximately half a year since the incident where Matt was found exchanging explicit messages with another woman.

In a candid conversation with TopMob, she openly acknowledged that the year 2024 had been quite the thrill ride. She also disclosed that she and her partner were struggling to find time for one another and had neglected their regular date nights, which was crucial for quality time together.

She shared: ‘Last year was particularly challenging, and managing everything while pregnant made it even harder.’

Things are much improved now, as it’s clear that we’ve resolved our issues and we’re thrilled about expanding our family.

In December, when Matt appeared on her podcast titled “The Naughty Corner,” the couple decided to openly discuss the controversy surrounding their sexting scandal as well.

In a hesitant move toward restoring trust, Matt crumpled in tears, confessing that he deeply regretted his choice and felt shattered by his own actions, leaving him heartbroken.

Regarding Matthew’s choice to appear on the podcast, she elaborated: “That was a significant move for Matthew.

This individual proved to be the most challenging guest I’ve encountered on my podcast, given his evident nervousness. However, we are determined to ensure a smooth interaction and foster a collaborative atmosphere, treating him as part of our team.
