Kate Bosworth, 42, and husband Justin Long, 47, ‘welcome a baby’ after two years of marriage
Kate Bosworth and husband Justin Long have reportedly welcomed their first child.
42-year-old actress and 47-year-old actor welcomed a new baby daughter through a surrogate, according to Page Six’s report from Thursday.
The married couple have yet to confirm the report.
Long’s most recent Instagram post was on Independence Day, and it didn’t include any hints about starting a family; Bosworth hasn’t shared anything on social media since March.
The couple were last seen on a red carpet together in March in Los Angeles.
In the year 2021, they began a romantic relationship following their collaboration on the film “House of Darkness.” Subsequently, they became engaged and tied the knot in June 2023.
Kate had a romantic relationship with actor Alexander Skarsgard and was wedded to filmmaker Michael Polish, while Justin dated Drew Barrymore and actress Amanda Seyfried.
DailyMail.com has reached out to their reps for comment.
Kate and Justin seemed to start dating around December 2021 after they met on the set of a movie.
In March, speculations about an engagement arose when it was noticed that Kate was sporting a big diamond ring on her wedding finger, alongside Justin.
In May 2023, the actor called Kate his ‘now-wife’ during his podcast episode of Life is Short.
Justin had a conversation with actress Kyra Sedgwick, discussing Kate’s visit to the set during Justin’s filming of ‘Barbarian’ in Bulgaria.
The actor expressed: ‘I was there when I found myself deeply falling in love with my present spouse. She arrived for a visit, and I’ve never been at ease during set visits. I prefer to keep work and personal life separate… However, I cherished her presence and we truly enjoyed an enchanting time together.’
Justin added: ‘It helped me having her there. She’d help me with scenes. It was the best.’
Kate was in a marital relationship with Michael Polish, which lasted from August 2013 to when they declared their separation in August 2021.

In the year 2023, Justin expressed his heartfelt admiration for Kate on her birthday, mentioning their future plans to start a family.
In the description of his Instagram post, the actor wrote, ‘You’ve brought smiles to countless faces with your warm and inquisitive nature.’
‘You rode horses again and they helped you heal.
When you initially addressed the boy as ‘husband’, it left him feeling astonished, as if no moment had ever brought him more luck.
One possibility could be: “At some point, the children might inquire, ‘Dad, I see you’ve posted about Mom on your old Instagram account. Why can’t we access it?’
I’ll tell you, ‘You know why? There are plenty of harmful elements online, but your mom is always an inspiration for me to contribute positivity. Moreover, I believe revisiting those old posts brought a smile to her face.’
